Abstract

본 발명은 A) 일반식 (A)의 구조단위 1 내지 99중량%; B) 일반식(B)의 구조단위 99 내지 1중량%; C) 일반식(C)의 구조단위 0 내지 40중량%; 및 D) 일반식(D)의 구조단위 0 내지 40중량%를 포함하는, 에틸렌계 불포화 카복실산과 에틸렌계 불포화 지방산 유도체의 공중합체의 염에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서,R1, R2, R3, R4, X, M, Y, Z, W 및 V는 명세서내에서 정의한 바와 같다.
본 발명은 또한 상기한 물질의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이기도 하다.

Claims (15)

  1. A) 일반식 (A)의 구조단위 1 내지 99중량%; B) 일반식(B)의 구조단위 99 내지 1중량%; C) 일반식(C)의 구조단위 0 내지 40중량%; 및 D) 일반식(D)의 구조단위 0 내지 40중량%를 포함하는, 에틸렌계 불포화 카복실산과 에틸렌계 불포화 지방산 유도체의 공중합체의 염.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, R3은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬, 바람직하게는 메틸이며, R4는 C2-C16알킬 또는 C2-C16알케닐이고, X는 -(CH2)0-10- 또는 C6-C18아릴, 바람직하게는 페닐이며, M은 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 암모늄 이온이고, Y는 C1-C13알킬렌, -CH2-(CH=CH-CH2)1-5- 또는 -(CH=CH)1-3-이며, Z는 그룹 CN, C(O)N(R5)2(여기서, R5는 수소, C1-C18알킬, C1-C18알케닐 및/또는 (CH2)1-3OH이다), COCR6(여기서, R6은 C1-C36알킬, 바람직하게는 C1-C5알킬 또는 C16-C36알킬이다),
    (여기서, Y 및 R4는 상기한 바와 같다)이고, W는 그룹 CN, C(O)N(R5)2(여기서, R5는 상기와 같다) 또는 COOR7(여기서, R7은 C1-C18알킬, 바람직하게는 C1-C10알킬이다)이며,V는 C6-C18아릴, 바람직하게는 페닐, 또는 페녹시아세틸, C4-C6람탐(바람직하게는, N-피롤리딜), 그룹 O-R7, (O)C-R7또는 OOC-R7(여기서, R7은 C1-C18알킬, 바람직하게는 C1-C10알킬이다)이다.
  2. 다량체로서의 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 카복실산 및 공단량체로서의 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 지방산 유도체를 유리 래디칼 공여체의 존재하에서, 경우에 따라 조절제 및/ 또는 보조 개시제의 존재하에서 서로 중합반응시킨 다음, 염기 수용액을 가함을 특징으로 하여, 제 1 항의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 벌크 또는 용액 중합반응을 수행하는 방버.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 교반 탱크, 교반 탱크들의 캐스캐이드(cascade), 교반 반응기 또는 고정식 혼합기 중에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 유리 래디칼 공여체 0.1 내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 10중량%(단량체 함량기존)의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 조절제 0.1 내지 1중량%(단량체 함량 기준)의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 보조개시제 0.1 내지 2000ppm(중량), 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 1000ppm(중량) 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 50 내지 200℃, 바람직하게는 100 내지 180℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 수행한 후, 반응 혼합물을 100℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 20 내지 80℃, 특히 바람직하게는 20 내지 40℃의 온도로 냉각시키는 방법.
  10. 제 2 항에 있어서, 공중합체내에 함유된 유리 카복실 그룹에 대해 동몰량의 염기를 반응 혼합물에 가하는 방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 20 내지 40% 농도(중량)의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 수용성 질소 화합물의 수용액을 염기로서 사용하는 방법.
  12. 식물 및/또는 동물 지방, 오일 및/또는 왁스용 지방-리쿼링 유화제(fat-liquoring emulsifier)로서의 제 1 항의 공종합체의 용도.
  13. 하나 이상의 제 1 항의 공중합체를 포함하는 가죽 및 모피 펠트용 지방 리쿼링제.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 제 1 항의 공중합체, 포함되고/되거나 불포화된 지방산 유도체, 바람직하게는 지방산 에스테르, 특히 바람직하게는 지방산 트리글리세라이드, 물 및, 경우에 따라 부가제, 바람직하게는 중섬유를 포함하는 지방 리쿼링제.
  15. 제 2 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항의 방법을 포함하는 공정에 따라 제 1 항의 공중합체를 제조하고, 경우에 따라, 산을 가하고, 물 50 내지 80중량%(에멀젼의 총중량 기준)를 가함을 특징으로 하여, 제13항의 지방 리쿼링제를 제조하는 방법.
