Abstract

본 발명은 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 산-알칼리반응의 지시약으로서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 참오동나무로부터 추출된 새로운 유효물질인 상기 일반 구조식(Ⅰ)의 메틸-5-하이드록시-디나프토[1,2-2′3′]푸란-7,12-디온-6-카르복실레이트 화합물을 제공하며, 이 화합물은 산-알칼리반응의 지시약으로서 유용한 용도를 가지고 있다. 색상이 변화하는 pH범위는 pH 8.07 내지 9.98이며 색상은 황색-청색으로 변화한다.
