Abstract

본 발명은 바닥으로부터 먼 에지주위에 환상림(12)을 제공하는 측벽(14)과 바닥(13)을 가진 수납용기로된 플라스틱재 포장용기에 관한 것이며, 상기 림은 밀폐 멤브레인(17)을 밀봉하기 위한 구역(16)을 제공하며 또 상기 포장용기는 수납용기를 둘러싸고 있는 상기 멤브레인에 걸쳐 수납용기(10)에 붙어 있는 덮개(20)를 더 포함하고 있다. 포장용기를 개봉할 때 분해하므로써만 분리될 수 있는 영구접속에 의해 덮개(20)는 수납용기(10)에 고정되어 있으며, 이 접속은 별도의 분해가능한 탬퍼링 인디케이터에 의해 구성된다. 또한 본 발명은 식품을 장기간 보존할 수 있는 포장용기를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 밖으로부터 먼 에지주위에 환상림(12)을 제공하는 측벽(14)과 바닥(13)을 가지고 있는 수납용기(10)를 포함하고 또 상기 림은 민폐 멤브레인(17)을 밀봉하기 위한 구역(16)을 제공하며 상기 멤브레인에 걸쳐 수납용기(10)에 붙어 있는 덮개(20)를 포함하고 있는 포장용기에 있어서, 덮개(20)는 포장용기를 개봉하는 동안 파괴하지 않고서는 단절될 수 없는 영구접속으로 수납용기(10)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 영구접속을 용접, 접착제, 리벳 또는 이와 유사한 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 덮개(20)는 별도의 파괴가능한 탬퍼링 인디케어터에 의해 수납용기(10)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 탬퍼링 인티케이터는 덮개(20)의 주위로부터, 수납용기로부터 또는 수납용기에 고정된 멤버로부터 방사형으로 돌출한 러그쌍(25,33)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  5. 제 4 항 있어서, 수납용기나 수납용기에 고정되어 있는 멤버의 러그(25)와 덮개(20)의 러그(33)는 초음파 용접에 의해 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.

  8. 제 3 항에서 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 러그(25,33)에 대하여 적당한 장소에 놓이는 내용물을 식별하는 라벨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  9. 바닥으로부터 먼 에지주위에 환상림(12)을 제공하는 측벽(14)과 바닥(13)을 가지고 있는 수납용기(10)를 포함하고 상기 림은 밀폐 멤브레인(17)을 밀봉하기 위한 구역(16)을 제공하는 포장용기에 있어서, 덮개(20)는 상기 림(12)을 거쳐 상기 수납용기에 고정된 스커트(21)에 의해 수납용기(10)에 붙어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 포장용기를 개봉할 때 분해가능하고 덮개(20)와 스커트(21) 모두에 스커트(21)와 덮개의 주변으로부터 방사형으로 돌출된 러그쌍의 형태로 설치되어 있는 탬퍼링 인디케이터를 포함하여, 상기 러그는 초음파 스폿용접에 의해 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기.
  11. 제 9 항 또는 제10항에 따른 플라스틱재 포장용기으 제조방법에 있어서, 멤브레인(17)에 의해 밀폐되고 식료품으로 채워진 수납용기(10)의 림(12)을 주변에 첫째, 방사러그(25)가 설치된 스커트(21)의 환상칼라(22)에 놓고 스커트의 칼라(22)를 수납용기의 림에 고정하며, 스커트상의 첫째 러그의 형태 및 배열에 대하여 보충적인 두번째 방사러그(33)가 설치된 덮개를 이러한 방법으로 형성된 보조어셈블리에 두고, 스커트의 러그를 덮개(20)의 러그에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 스커트(21)를 수납용기(10)에 고정하는 것과 러그(25,33)를 서로서로 고정하는 것은 초음파 다중 스폿용접에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기의 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 접착제의 의해 스커트(21)는 수납용기(10)에 고정되고 러그는 서로서로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품보조용 플라스틱재 포장용기의 제조방법.
