Description

用于食物长期贮存的塑料包装及其制造方法
本发明有关食物在室温下用于长期贮存的塑料包装，和有关制造它的方法。
本发明特别是关于这样一种非常适用于在工厂中在极其完善的卫生条件下食物的包装，在原包装中的食物既可在水浴器中也可在微波炉中被加热。虽然这种型式的包装已在WO-92/03355专利中有所披露并给出了满意的效果。首先它使得人们直接从包装中吃到热的食物成为可能(没有被烫的危险)；其次它还有一个盖，这个盖装有保护食物的容器上的包装薄膜，但要进行加工则是相当困难的，它必须要对复合材料薄片应用高温成型的方法进行加工，所应用的技术既昂贵且耗时，也就是说这种技术的加工效率是不适合于一个工厂在高效率下包装食品所要求的生产量的。更何况上述的国际专利申请所述的包装没有提出能使消费者确信的方法来确定食物包装从离开工厂到被食用为止的这个期间盖是否从容器以未被允许的方式揭下，使得容器内食物被触摸过，这是对人类食品的一般要求，对于婴儿食品则更为严格。
从而本发明的一个主要目的是提供在室温下食物长期贮存的塑料包装，并同时保持现有已知包装的各种品质，它首先避免了高额的成本和生产量的下降，其次它有装填物指示装置。
在这方面，本发明的一个目的是提供这样一种包装，它不仅是在成本和生产产量上是经济的可接受的，而且从销售的观点上看在销售现场上由于具有标牌和说明也是有利的。
本发明的另一个目的是提供对于生产这种包装的一种方法。
根据本发明，塑料包装包括一具有底面和侧面的容器，它在远离底面的一侧沿它的边缘给出一个环形的凸缘，该凸缘提供一个区域可用来对包装膜进行密封，并且该包装还包括有一个盖，该盖是在该包装膜的上方连接到容器上的，其特点是该盖通过一永久性的连接被固定到容器上，即当该包装被打开时只有破坏它才能被取下。

根据本发明的另外特点，容器的或固定到容器上的构件的凸耳和盖的凸耳是用超声波焊接的方法把它们连接在一起的，即是造成塑料从一凸耳迁移到另一凸耳的技术，因而保证了特别有效的盖和容器的连接，于是保证了包装无其他成分进入。
在一个实施例中，该容器是碗状的并且是由聚丙烯/乙烯-乙烯基醇EVOH/聚丙烯型的塑料复合薄板所制成。
当包装提供有四对凸耳时，它最好带有说明，如何打开并把盖从容器上拿下来，首先确定指示包装盒内的食物的标牌相对于所述凸耳的位置，其次，为了运输和在销售现场的展示，利用所述凸耳将纸箱或类似物中的许多包装盒分组包装到一起。
本发明同样也提供塑料包装：它包括一具有底面和侧面的容器，它在远离底面的一侧并沿着它的边缘给出一个环形的凸缘，该凸缘提供一个区域用以对包装膜进行密封，其特点是通过固定于容器边框上的裙边，把盖与容器连接固定。
在这种包装中，本发明同样也提供在打开该包装时能被撕掉的装填物指示装置，该指示装置位于盖和裙边二者的上面，成对的凸耳从裙边和盖的周边径向地向外凸出，裙边的凸耳和盖的凸耳系用超声波点焊的方法被连接到一起的。
本发明还提供一种加工前面所定义包装的方法，其特点是：
充满有食物的和被一薄膜所密封的容器环形凸缘被置于裙边的环形凸缘上，该裙边提供有沿其周边的第一径向凸耳，并且该裙边的凸缘是被固定到该容器的环形凸缘上；

用于在室温下长期食物贮存的塑料包装并且用于(虽然并不限于这一具体指示的内容)食用，最利于热食，而且勿需从原包装中转移到其他容器中去，该塑料包装包含有一容器10(图1和2)，在本实例中大体上呈盘状或碗状的形式、在所说明和图示的本实例中，所具有容量约可盛装100克到250克范围的食物。在容器10中的开口11被环形凸缘12所包围并具有底面13，侧面壁14包括有折叶片15，并且在环形凸缘12的上表面16上是为密封膜片17用的密封区域。该容器10是用单一材料的塑料薄片便利地制得、或最好用复合的板材制得，该复合板材可使它能在水浴器中或在微波炉中被加热，同时也提供“阻碍”特性防止气体交换，因而使保存在容器10中的物质能够在室温下有非常长的贮存期(不少于12个月)，本文中这样一种复合板材的例子是聚丙烯/乙烯-乙烯基醇EVOH/聚丙烯复合物。
上述的容器10带有一个盖20(图5，6，和7)，该盖盖住并保护薄膜17直到该盖从该包装上取下为止，并且根据本发明该盖是用一永久性的连接方式将其固定到容器10上的，该永久性的连接在包装被开启时以彻底破坏的形式被撕揭开。
在一个实施例中，这一连接是用胶粘的方法把盖上的凸缘固定到环形：凸缘12上。
在一个变化的实施例中，盖是用塑料的铆钉被固定到环形凸缘12上。
在所说明的和图示的实施例中，这一连接使用焊接方法，并且它由盖上和裙边21(图3和4)上的可撕拆的装填指示器构成，裙边21是通过环形凸缘12被固定到容器10上。更精确地说，该裙边21通常是环形的并且包括一个侧面壁23，该侧面壁部分是圆柱面形的(如图所示的28)，部分是圆锥面形的(如图所示的29)，通过筋条该圆锥面形部分与环形凸缘22相连接，该环形凸缘延伸成一个大体上与该裙边的中心线X-X相垂直的平面。在它的自由边24，该侧面壁23包括有相互分布成90°间隔的第一凸耳251，252，253，和254，并且每个凸耳都用一个或多个可以被撕揭下来的桥261，262，263，和264连接到侧面壁上。在裙边的里面提供有一组筋肋如271，272，273、…用以方便使用。
在图5和6中清楚可见，盖20是用盘31来封闭的，盖的侧面壁30在形状上相似于裙边21的侧面壁23，盖的侧面壁30在它本身的自由边32有第二径向凸耳331，332，333，和334，该凸耳在形状上和布置上与凸耳25互补，并在凸耳33的上表面上带有信息35，信息可以是用文字的或用象形图形式的表达来说明如何使用它们。对凸耳25也用类似的方法，凸耳33用可以被撕揭下的桥341，342，343，和344被连接到侧面壁30上。
在侧面壁30的内表面上和在盖的自由边32的邻近处，盖20提供有如36(图5和6)的凸台，当装配时该凸台用来使盖距包装的存放物有一定的距离，以便形成形如C的通气间隙，其功用将在下面作出解释。
从前面叙述的这些另部件来制作本发明的包装，一开始就将裙边21固定到容器10上，用超声波点焊把环形凸缘12的底面焊接到裙边的凸缘22上，如图7中的参考点37，然后将裙边凸耳25和盖的凸耳33连接在一起，最好还是前面所述的用超声波点焊，如图7中的参考点38。这样的工艺造成塑料从一个凸耳到另一个凸耳的迁移，并确保在盖20和裙边件21二者之间特别有效的连接，因而保证了该包装是防损坏的。
本发明的方法可达到每分钟为60个包装盒的实际生产产量，包括在把它们包装分组装入纸箱之前将标牌贴到其相应的凸耳的位置上，包装盒利用凸耳安装在纸箱内，因而作好准备一旦打开纸箱即可放在货架上销售。
此外，利用包装的裙边21，本发明的包装使消费者在把它在水浴器中或在微波炉中加热后食用容器内的食物时不致被烫着。为此目的，材料为聚丙烯/铝/聚丙烯的复合薄片做成的膜片17在盖从容器上取下后就首先被撕掉或揭下，然后再把盖放还在裙边原处上再进行加热，加热时所产生的蒸汽就能从通气窗间隙C中通过而跑掉。

Claims (14)

1.塑性材料包装，包括一具有底面(13)和侧壁(14)的容器(10)，侧壁在远离所述底面的一侧具有一个环形的凸缘(12)，该凸缘提供一个密封区域(16)，其上密封有一个膜(17)，该包装还包括有一个盖(20)，该盖是在其所包住的包装膜的上方连接到容器(10)上，其特征在于，它还包括一个通过所述的凸缘(12)固定到所述的容器上的裙边(21)，所述的裙边(21)在其周向设有第一径向凸耳(25)，并且盖(20)包括其形状和尺寸都和裙边的第一凸耳相配的第二径向凸耳(33)，第一和第二凸耳本身相互连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的包装，其特征是，所述的凸耳本身的固定为焊接、粘接、铆接或为其它类似的形式。
3.按权利要求1所述的包装，其特征是，通过一个多点超声波焊接将裙边(21)固定到容器(10)上和将凸耳本身之间连接起来。
4.按权利要求1至3之一所述的包装，其特征是，所述的第一和第二凸耳是可分开的充填指示器。
5.按权利要求1至3之一所述的包装，其特征是，所述的第一凸耳(25)和第二凸耳(23)各有四个，它们规则地分布在视图的角点，并且有利地支承载有标志以说明分开盖子和容器的方法。
6.按权利要求1所述的包装，其特征是，所述的容器为圆拱形，并且是由聚丙烯/乙烯-乙烯基醇(EVOH)/聚丙烯型的塑料复合薄板型材料制成。
7.按权利要求1所述的包装，其特征是，它包括一个在对应的凸耳(25，33)上的位置上识别其内含物的标牌。
8.按权利要求1所述的包装，其特征是，所述的裙边和盖具有一个第一和一个第二侧壁(23，30)，所述的侧壁设在所述的环形凸缘(12)的外侧，所述的第一和第二凸耳设在所述的侧壁的一端。
9.按权利要求8所述的包装，其特征是，所述的第一和第二侧壁(23，30)是截锥形的。
10.按权利要求9所述的包装，其特征是，所述的第一和第二侧壁设在所述的环形凸缘(12)之下。
11.生产按权利要求1所述的包装的方法，其特征在于：
在充满食品并且由盖(7)所盖住的容器(10)的凸缘(12)放置在周向具有第一径向凸耳(25)的裙边(21)的环形凸缘(22)上后，将裙边的凸缘(22)固定在容器的凸缘上，
在由此而形成的下装配件上设上具有第二径向凸耳(33)的盖，其形状和布置和裙边上的所述第一凸耳相匹配，以及
使所述裙边和盖(20)上的凸耳相互固连。
12.根据权利要求11的方法，其特征是，将裙边(21)固定到容器(10)和将凸耳(25，33)相互固定均是用超声波多点焊接进行的。
13.根据权利要求11的方法，其特征是，将裙边连接到容器(10)上和/或将凸耳相互连接是用粘接的方法进行的。
14.根据权利要求11的方法，其特征是，将裙边连接到容器(10)上和/或将凸耳相互连接是用铆接的方法或类似的方法进行的。
