Abstract

본 발명은 사무기기(전자사진방식)의 감광드럼 감도 보정장치에 관한 것으로써, 감광체 드럼과 대전기 및 제전 기둥의 주의부품 등을 일체화시킨 카트리지 방식의 사무기기에서 드럼의 상측부에 형성되어 빛이 유입되는 슬릿부의 일측부에 소정의 조절판을 설치하여 감광드럼의 제조능력의 한계로 인해 발생되는 감광체의 감도변화를 광량변화로 보정시킬 수 있도록 하므로서 감광드럼의 감도를 손쉽고도 정확하게 조절할 수 있어 제품의 신뢰도를 더욱 더 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 감광체 드럼(1), 렌즈(2), 대전기(3), 제전기(4), 크리닝 브레이드(5) 및 마그네틱 로울러(6)가 하나의 하우징(7)내에 일체로 설치된 사무기기에 있어서, 상기 감광체 드럼(1)의 상부에 위치되어 빛이 통과하는 슬릿부(10)를 구비한 브라케트(71)의 일측부에 슬릿폭 조절용 조절판(9)을 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사무기기의 감광드럼 감도 보정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(9)은 감광체 드럼(1)의 감도에 따라 다수 단계로 이동시킬 수 있는 이동장치를 구비한 것임을 특징으로 하는 사무기기의 감광드럼 감도 보정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(9)은 광 투과율이 서로 다른 그라스(Glass)로 제작되어 드럼 카세트 조립시 감광체 드럼(1)의 감도에 상응하는 그라스로된 조절판(9)을 장착하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 사무기기의 감광드럼 감도 보정장치.
