Abstract

특히 유리 돌출구조물로 형성된 구조물에서는 들어오는 태양 에너지 가운데 주로 비가시 스펙트럼 부분을 선택적으로 흡수하여 파장이 긴 열복사로 전환시키고 태양복사의 가시 부분은 거의 장애 없이 통과시킬 수 있는 필터가 투명 피복면에 부여되어 있다. 투명 피복면의 한쪽면에 열복사의 방출을 감소시켜 주는 층이 부여될 수 있고, 대체로 색체가 부여되고 태양 에너지의 가시 스펙트럼 부분을 대채로 장애 없이 통과시킬 수 있는 유리 또는 합성 수지로 된 평판이 흡수 필터가 될 수 있다. 우선 실시예에서는 투명 피복선이 회전체로 구성되어, 공간쪽을 향하는 면과 바깥쪽을 향하는 면이 교체될 수 있게 조절될 수 있다.

Description

투명판 피복면을 갖는 구조물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 고정된 건축물에 의지하고 있고 투명한 피복면을 가진 유리 돌출구조물로 실현된 겨울 정원,
제2도는 두 겹의 층이 코팅된 투명한 평판 단일체,
제3도는 열복사의 방출을 감소시켜 주는 층이 부여되어 있고 유리 또는 합성수지로 된 색깔있는 필터 평판 단일체로 실현된 투명 피복요소,
제4도는 한쪽면에는 선별 필터층이, 다른쪽면에는 열복사의 방출을 감소시켜 주는 층이 부여되어 있는 색깔없는 창유리 또는 플로트(float) 유리로 실현된 투명 피복요소,
제5도는 접착 포일을 싸서 결합시킨 색깔없는 판유리 결합체로 실현된 투명 피복요소,
제6도는 한쪽 평판이 필터 평판으로 형성되어 있는 결합체로 실현된 피복요소,
제7도는 간격을 둔 두 평판을 갖춘 단열요소로 실현된 피복요소.

Claims (16)

  1. 적어도 부분적으로 투명 피복면으로 둘러싸인 공간을 갖는 구조물, 특히 겨울정원, 태양열 베란다 등의 형태를 취하는 유리 돌출구조물로서, 들어오는 태양 에너지 가운데 주로 비가시 스펙트럼 부분을 선택적으로 흡수하여 파장이 긴 열복사로 전환시키고 태양 복사의 가시 부분은 거의 장애 없이 통과시키는 필터(22,26,32,38,41,46)가 투명 피복면에 부여됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 투명 피복면의 바깥쪽에 열복사의 방출을 감소시켜 주는 층(23,27,33,39,44,49)이 부여됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열복사의 방출을 감소시켜 주는 층(23,27,33,39,44,49)으로서 산화주석층을 열분해법을 이용해 투명 피복면에 입힘을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대체로 색채가 부여되고 태양 에너지의 가시 스펙트럼 부분을 대체로 장애 없이 통과시킬 수 있는 유리 또는 합성수지로 된 평판(22,26,41,46)이 흡수 필터가 됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에워싸인 공간 쪽을 향하는 투명 피복면 부위에 입혀지는, 선별 효과를 보이는 무기 또는 유기 물질로 된 층(22,32,38)이 흡수 필터가 됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착 포일(38,42)에 의해 결합된 적어도 두장의 평판(36,37:41,43)으로 이루어진 결합체(35,40)로 투명 피복면이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  7. 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 두 평판 가운데 하나가 흡수 작용하는 필터평판(41)이 되고, 이 필터 평판 반대편에 위치하는 다른 하나(43)에 열복사의 방출을 감소시켜 주는 층(44)이 부여됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 두평판 사이에 있는 접착층(38)이 태양복사의 비가시 영역을 선택 흡수하는 필터층으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  9. 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 접착층이 접착 포일(38)로 구성되고, 접착 포일 속에 선택 흡수 작용하는 무기 또는 유기 색소가 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  10. 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 무기 또는 유기 색소를 함유하는 필터 포일이 가운데 들어가 있는 포일 결합체(38)가 접착층이 됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  11. 제1항 또는 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 피복면이 열을 아주 잘 막는 두 겹 또는 그 이상의 단열 판 유리(45)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  12. 제1항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 에워싸인 공간쪽을 향하는 평판이 흡수 필터평판(46)이 되고, 다른 평판(47)은 태양 광선을 아주 잘 투과시키는 재료로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  13. 제1항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 태양광선을 아주 잘 투과시키는 재료로 된 평판(47)이 유리 평판일 때는 백유리를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  14. 제1항 또는 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복면이 바닥에서 위로 올라가면서 바깥쪽으로 기울어짐을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  15. 제1항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 수직선에 대한 피복면의 경사각이 30°보다 작아 보통 10°에서 15°사이가 됨을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  16. 제1항 또는 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 피복면이 회전체(18)로 구성되어, 공간 쪽을 향하는 면과 바깥쪽을 향하는 면이 교체될 수 있게 조절될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
