Abstract

본 발명은 매니큐어 필름의 제조방법에 관한것으로, 니트로 셀룰로오즈 16.0%, 술폰아니드 수지 7.5%, 포탈산이부틸 3.8%, 아세트산 부틸 29.4%, 에탄올 6.4%, 부탄올 1.1%, 붐루엔 36.9% 및 가소제와 용매로 조성된 일반적인 매니큐어 용액을 이용하여 매니큐어 필름을 형성하고, 이를 손톱에 부착시키기 용이토록 점착제를 조성하는데, 이는 니트로 셀룰로오스(Nitro cellulose) 35%, 비닐 아세테이트 모지파이드 아크릴릭 레진(Vinyl-Acetate Moclified Acrylic Resin) 505, 그리고 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 버티레이드(C.A.B) 5%로 구성된 레진(Resin)과 가소제로서 디옥틸 피타레이트(Dioctyl Phthalate) 10% 및 미량의 유기안료와 미량의 첨가제로 조성하고, 용제로서 아이소프로필 알콜(Isopropy Alchohol) 20.4% 엔-부탄올(n-Butanol) 25.0%, 엔 아밀 알콜(n-Armyl Alcohol) 34.0%, 부틸 아세테이트(Butyl Acetate) 19.0%, 그리고 부틸 셀로설브 아세티이트 11.6%로 조성하여 실리콘 처리된 이형지와 금박테이프 및 실리콘처리된 비닐지를 이용하여 매니큐어 필름을 제조함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 특수실리콘 처리된 이형지 상면에 특수하게 제조된 점착제를 10μ의 두께로 도포하고, 이 위에 일반적으로 제조 사용되고 있는 매니큐어용액을 2차에 걸쳐 30μ씩, 도포 한후, 이위에 다시 30μ의 광택제를 도포건조하여 필름화된 매니큐어 원단을 형성하며, 상기 원단 상면의 매니큐어 필름 일측단부에 금박테이프를 점착함과 동시에 실리콘처리된 비닐을 도포한 다음 손톱모양 및 크기에 따라 프레스에서 절단한후 제품을 성형된 포장용기에 다수넣고 밀폐포장시킴을 특징으로 하는 매니큐어 필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매니큐어 용액은 니트로 셀룰로오스(Nitro cellulose) 35%, 비닐 아세테이트 모지파이드 아크릴릭 레진(Vinyl-Acetate Moclified Acrylic Resin) 50%, 그리고 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 버티레이드(C.A.B) 5%로 조성하되, 여기에 가소제로서 디옥틸 피타레이트(Dioctyl Phthalate) 10% 와 미량의 유기안료 및 첨가제를 첨가하고, 용제로서 아이소프로피 알콜(Isopropy Alchohol) 20.4% 엔-부탄올(n-Butanol) 25.0%, 엔 아밀 알콜(n-Armyl Alcohol) 34.0%, 부틸 아세테이트(Butyl Acetate) 19.0%, 그리고 부틸 셀로설브 아세티이트(Butys Cellosolve Acetate) 1.6%를 혼합조성함을 특징으로 하는 매니큐어 필름의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제3공정인 점착층 형성공정에서 부터 제6공정인 클리어(Clear) 공정까지 내부 온도 60°~70°를 조성시켜주도록 함을 특징으로 하는 매니큐어 필름의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 완성된 매니큐어 필름의 구조는 실리콘 처리된 이향지 위에 점착층, 매니큐어 필름층, 금박테이프 실리콘처리된 비닐로 적층 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 매니큐어 필름의 제조방법.
