본 발명의 제조 방법은, 패널 마스크를 통한 노광단계와 현상 단계의 사이에 상기 패널의 스커트에 부착된 불필요 감광성 수지감을 노광하는 단계가 추가로 마련되어, 상기 현상 단계를 통해 패널의 스커트 내면에 감광성 수지막이 잔류케하여 흑연이 도포된 이후 에칭액에 의해 감광성 수지막이 그에 부착된 흑연과 함께 스커트 내면으로부터 제거되게 하는 것에 특징이 있으며, 그 노광 장치는 그 저부에 광원이 마련되고 그 상부에 패널이 탑재되는 테이블이 마련된 노광장치에 상기 패널의 스커트를 국부적으로 조명하는 보조광원이 마련된다. 이로써, 엄정한 공정이 요구되는 브랙 매트릭스 현상(에칭)단계에서 불필요 흑연이 제거되기 때무에 잔류 흑연이 거의 없게 된다. 따라서, 종래와 같이 잔류 흑연에 의한 새도우 마스크의 구멍 막힘등과 같은 불량 발생이 크게 저감되게 된다.In the manufacturing method of the present invention, a step of exposing the unnecessary photosensitive resin feeling attached to the skirt of the panel is further provided between the exposure step through the panel mask and the developing step, and through the developing step, the photosensitive resin is applied to the inner surface of the skirt of the panel.
