Abstract

본 발명은 컴퓨터의 보조 기억 장치로 사용되는 하드 디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터의 구동 범위를 제한하며 정지시 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 장치로써 보이스 코일을 감싸는 몰딩부에서 하측으로 신장되는 핀을 형성하고 상기 핀이 보이스 코일 하단에 설치되는 마그네트와 스톱파 사이에서만 동작할 수 있도록 구동범위를 제한하기 위한 장치.

Claims (3)

  1. 컴퓨터의 보조 기억장치로 사용되는 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 래치장치에 있어서, 피봇축(11)을 중심으로 회동하는 액츄에이터(13)의 후단에 보이스코일(13)을 지지하는 몰딩부(15)에 하측으로 신장된 핀(18)을 설치하고 상기 핀(18)의 운동범위를 구분하는 ∪형 베이스(20)의 일측에는 마그네트(5)가 설치되고 타측에는 스톱파(3)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 래치장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 핀(18)은 자성체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 하드 디스크 드라이브의 래치장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스톱파(3)와 마그네트(5)가 핀(18)에 접촉하는 부위에 충격을 완화시키기 위한 완충재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 디스크 드라이브의 래치장치.
