Abstract

광디스크 기록 재생장치의 트래이장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 수직으로 광디스크를 장착하기 위하여 광디스크 드라이브에 설치되어 사용되는 것으로서, 스핀들 모타의 턴테이블상에 로딩 및 언로딩시키는 트래이 장치에 있어서, 상기 트래이의 상면을 에워싸도록 결합되고 그 몸체의 소정부위에는 결합 관통 홀이 형성되어 있는 트래이 커버와, 상기 트래이 커버의 결합 관통 홀에 삽입 결합되고 그 하부에 자석이 부착되어 디스크를 센터링고정해주는 풀리와, 상기 트래이 커버의 입구부 양측에 결합되어 디스크를 탄성적으로 고정해주는 탄성가압부를 구비하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 광디스크 기록 재생장치의 트래이장치를 채용함으로써 광디스크를 수직으로도 장착할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 광디스크 드라이브에 설치되어 사용되는 것으로서, 스핀들 모타의 턴테이블상에 로딩 및 언로딩시키는 트래이 장치에 있어서, 상기 트래이의 상면을 에워싸도록 결합되고 그 몸체의 소정부위에는 결합 관통 홀이 형성되어 있는 트래이 커버와, 상기 트래이 커버의 결합 관통 홀에 삽입 결합되고 그 하단부에 자석이 부착되어디스크를 센터링 고정해주는 풀리와, 상기 트래이 커버의 입구부 양측에 결합되어 디스크를 탄성적으로 고정해 주는 탄성가압부를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록 재생장치의 트래이장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레이커버의 일측에는 적어도 하나의 결합용 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 트레이에는 상기 걸림턱에 대응하는 결합홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록 재생장치의 트래이장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 풀리에 설치되어 있는 자석의 재질로는 페라이트가 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록 재생장치의 트래이장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성가압부는 판스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록 재생장치의 트래이장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링은 소정의 곡률을 갖는 만곡부와 이 만곡부의 연장되는 연장부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록 재생장치.
