Abstract

본 발명은 간단한 구성으로 테이프의 느슨함을 확실하게 방지하기 위한 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 릴 로크 기구는 카세트 케이스(3) 내에 수납된 테이프(5)의 양단부가 권취된 하나의 테이프 릴(4,4′)의 회전을 규제하여 테이프의 느슨함을 방지하는 테이프 카세트의 릴 로크 기구(1)로소, 테이프 릴의 회전을 규제하는 로크 위치와 테이프 릴의 회전 규제를 해제하는 해제 위치 사이를 이동하도록 활주 이동 가능하게 설치된 릴 로크 부재(11)을 구비하고, 릴 로크부재는 카세트 케이스에 활주 이동 가능하게 지지된 활주 이동부(12)와 각 테이프 릴의 플랜지(7,7′)의 외주에 형성된 톱니(8,8′)에 결합되는 하나의 걸림 돌기 (20,20′)을 갖는 로크부(13)을 이들 양자의 상단부가 대략 동일 평면에 있는 상태에서 테이프 릴의 테이프가 풀리는 방향으로 이동함에 따라 한쪽 걸림부가 압압되면 연결부가 비틀림으로써 로크부가 회전하여 다른쪽 걸림부가 이동하여 테이프의 긴장을 높이는 방향으로 다른쪽 테이프 릴을 회전시키게 하고 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 카세트 케이스내에 수납되고 테이프의 양단부가 권취된 하나의 테이프 릴의 회전을 규제하여 테이프의 느슨함을 방지하는 테이프 카세트의 릴 로크 기구로서, 테이프 릴의 회전을 규제하는 로크 위치와 테이프 릴의 회전 규제를 해제하는 해제 위치 사이를 이동하도록 활주 이동 가능하에 설치된 릴 로크 부재를 구비하고, 릴 로크 부재는 카세트 케이스에 활주 이동 가능하게 지지된 활주 이동부와 각 테이프 릴의 플랜지의 외주에 형성된 톱니에 결합되는 하나의 걸림부를 갖는 로크부를 이들 양자의 상단부가 대략 동일 평년에 있는 상태에서 테이프 릴의 회전축과 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 비틀림 가능한 연결부를 거쳐서 일체로 형성하고 있으며, 한쪽의 테이프 릴의 테이프가 풀리는 방향으로 이동함에 따라 한쪽 걸림부가 압압되면 연결부가 비틀림으로써 로크부가 회전 이동하여 다른쪽 걸림부가 아동하여 테이프의 긴장을 높이는 바향으로 다른쪽이 테이프 릴을 회전시키게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 릴 로크 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활주 이동부에 카세트 케이스의 저면벽에 형성된 삽입 구멍을 통해 삽입되는 로크 해제 부재가 접촉하여 이를 로크 해제 방향으로 이동시키는 캠 경사면을 형성하고, 카세트 케이스의 저면벽의 내측면에 요부를 형성하고 이 요부를 내측면을 활주 이동부의 활주 이동부의 활주 이동면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 릴 로크 기구.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 릴 로크 부재가 해제 위치로 이동한 때에 로크부에 접촉하여 이 로크부의 한쌍의 걸림부가 2개의 테이프 릴의 어느쪽 톱니에도 결합되지 않도록 하는 접촉면을 요부에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 릴 로크 기구.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전 가능한 연결부가 활주 이동부의 상부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 릴 로크 기구.
