Abstract
본 발명은 액정표시소자(LCD)의 가압경화장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 실리콘 백, 또는 가압 지그(jig)를 이용한 액정표시소자의 가압경화장치는 모두 간접경화방식으로서 여러매(수십매)씩 적치된 LCD 합착기판(3)에 오븐(1)(4)의 열이 간접적으로 조사됨으로써 열전 전도가 저하되어, LCD 합착기판(3)의 접착력이 저하될 뿐만 아니라, LCD합착기판(3)의 셀갭(cell gap) 균일성이 좋지 않는 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명의 핫 프레스(hot press)에 의한 직접 열전달 경화 방식으로서 LCD 합착기판(10)에 전체적으로 열 및 압력을 균일하게 전달하여 접착력을 향상시키고, 셀갭의 균일성을 향상시킴으로써 생산성 향상에 기여하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pressure hardening device for a liquid crystal display (LCD).
