Abstract
본 발명은 아파트 또는 일반 주택 및 건물등에 있어서, 단열방음 벽체를 간편한 시공으로 고효율의 별체로 조적 시공할 수 있도록 구성한 단열방음 블록 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트와 단열재를 이용하여 단열방음 블록을 일체로 성형함에 있어서 양측부에 콘크리트층을 형성하고 그 사이의 중앙부에는 단열재층을 형성하도록 블록본체를 성형하되, 배관용 구멍과 다수개의 열전도 감쇄 및 결속용 구멍을 가지며, 양단부에는 웨이브형 절곡부를 형성한 수개의 골격판체를 상기 블록본체의 내부에 매설하여서 콘크리트층과 단열재층이 일체로 결속되어 견고하게 결합 성형되도록 제조하는 단열방음 블록과 이 단열방음 블록을 이용한 건물벽체의 시공방법이다.The present invention relates to an insulation soundproof block and a construction method for constructing an insulation soundproof wall in a high efficiency separate body by simple construction in an apartment or a general house and a building, and an insulation soundproof block using concrete and insulation.
