Claims (2)
- 탄탈산 화합물이 포함된 유전체 자기 조성물에 있어서, 54mol%의 산화지르코늄(ZrO2), 50-46mol%의 산화티탄(TiO2), 제 3 성분으로 0-5mol%의 산화탄탈륨(Ta2O5)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상용 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 소결온도는 1350℃ 내지 1450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상용 유전체 자기 조성물.
