Abstract

본 발명은 바탕층, 최소하나의 압력민감성 접착제층 및 수성 릴리이스 코팅층을 포함하고, 상기 압력민감성 접착제층이 바탕층의 최소하나의 면에 고착되고 상기 수성 릴리이스 코팅층은 중합체, 바람직하게는 산 기능기를 갖는, 및 최소하나의 지방산 에스테르와 최소하나의 4차아민을 갖는 유기화합물의 수용액 혹은 분산물을 포함하는, 압력민감성 접착물에 관한 것이다.
또한 중합체, 바람직하게는 산 기능기를 갖는, 및 릴리이스 코팅제로서 최소 하나의 지방산 에스테르와 최소하나의 4차 아민을 갖는 유기화합물의 수용액 혹은 분산물의 혼합물을 릴리이스 코팅제로 이용하는 방법이 제공된다.
상기 수성 릴리이스 코팅층은 장시간 극심한 온도 및 습도조건하에서 보관한 뒤에 따로 압력민감성 접착제층이 바탕층으로 부터 쉽게 분리될 수 있게 한다. 상기 수성 릴리이스 코팅층은 압력민감성 접착제 층내에 옮겨가 압력 민감성 접착제의 접착성을 해치지 않도록 한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 바탕층, 최소하나의 압력민감성 접착제층 및 수성 릴리이스 코팅층을 포함하고, 상기 압력민감성 접착제층이 상기 바탕층의 최소하나에 고착되고, 상기 수성 릴리이스 코팅층은 중합체 및 최소하나의 지방산 에스테르와 최소 하나의 4차아민을 갖는 유기화합물의 수용액이나 분산물을 포함하는, 압력민감성 접착물.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 산기능기(acid functionality)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  3. 2항에 있어서, 상기 산기능기는 카복실산 기능기임을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 레시틴(lecithin)임을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 알킬트릴메틸 4차(quaternary)암모늄염인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  6. 5항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 수지(tallow) 트리메틸 4차 암모늄염인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  7. 바탕층의 각면에 고착된 압력민감성 접착제층 및 그 압력 민감성 접착제층과 접촉하는 최소하나의 릴리이스 코팅용지층을 갖고, 상기 릴리이스 코팅용지층은 산기능기를 갖는 중합체 및 최소하나의 지방산 에스테르와 최소하나의 4차아민을 갖는 유기화합물의 수용액 혹은 분산물을 갖는 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는, 압력민감성 접착물.
  8. 7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 산 기능기를 함유함을을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  9. 8항에 있어서, 상기 산 기능기는 카복실산 기능기임을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  10. 7항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 레시틴임을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  11. 7항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 알킬트리메틸 4차 암모늄염임을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  12. 11항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 수지(tal1ow) 트리메틸 4차 암모늄염임을 특징으로 하는 접착물.
  13. 산기능기를 갖는 중합체, 및 최소하나의 지방산에스테르와 최소하나의 4차 아민을 갖는 유기 화합물의 수용액이나 분산물을 포함하는 혼합물을 압력 민감성 접착제에 대한 릴리이스 코팅제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 13항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 산 기능기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 14항에 있어서, 상기 산 기능기는 카복실산 기능기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 13항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 레시틴임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 13항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 알킬트리메틸 4차 암모늄염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 17항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물은 수지(tallow) 트리메틸 4차 암모늄염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
