Abstract

캐리어 스톡은 동일한 용기에 기계적인 적용을 위해 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 같은 탄성 중합체의 단일 시트로 제조된다.
스톡은 종방향 외부 밴드 세그먼트와 사선의 내부 세그먼트를 포함한 일체식 밴드 세그먼트로 형성된 세개의 종렬로 배치된 용기 수납 구멍을 구비한 개별 캐리어를 형성하도록 제공될 수 있다. 각 용기 수납 구멍을 형성하는 밴드 세그먼트 중 하나는 티어 오픈 태브를 가진다. 티어 오픈 태브를 가진 밴드 세그먼트는 제1 실시예에서의 사선 내부 세그먼트와 종방향 외부 세그먼트의 특정 서브 그룹이나 제2실시예에서의 사선 내부 세그먼트의 부가적인 서브 그룹을 포함한다. 티어 오픈 태브를 가진 밴드 세그먼트는 티어 오픈 태브가 당겨질 때 밴드 세그먼트의 찢어짐을 용이하게 하는 슬릿 형성되어 있다.

제2도는 티어 오픈 태브(tear-open tab)를 가진 밴드 세그먼트의 부분 확대도,
제3도는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 캐리어 스톡으로부터 절단한 캐리어의 개략적인 평면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 동일 용기에 대한 기계적인 적용을 위해 사용되며, 탄성 중합체의 단일 시트로 형성되며, 각 용기를 수납하도록 종렬에서 용기 수납 구멍을 가진 각 캐리어를 형성하기 위해 횡방향 라인을 따라 제공될 수 있으며, 각 개별 캐리어를 위해 수납 구멍을 형성하는 일체식 밴드 세그먼트가 형성되고, 상기 밴드 세그먼트는 상기 스톡이 해제될 때 사선 방향으로 각각 연장하고 대부분이 티어 오픈 태브를 가진 사선 밴드 세그먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 종렬은 두개의 외부렬과 하나의 내부렬을 포함하며, 티어 오픈 태브를 가진 사선 밴드 세그먼트는 내부렬의 용기 수납 구멍중 각각 하나를 형성하는 밴드 세그먼트 중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 밴드 세그먼트는 사기 스톡이 해제될 때 종방향으로 연장하고 티어 오픈 태브를 각각 가진 외부 밴드 세그먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 각 캐리어의 용기 수납 구멍은 각각 두 개의 구멍으로 구성된 두 개의 짧은 측면과 각각 많은 구멍으로 구성된 두 개의 긴 측면을 가진 장방형 어레이를 형성하며, 티어 오픈 태브중 두 개는 짧은 측면의 각각으로부터 이용할 수 있고, 나먼지 티어 오픈 태브의 각각은 긴 측면 중 하나로부터 이용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 각 티어 오픈 태브는 평행한 에지를 가지며 사선 밴드 세그먼트상의 각 티어 오픈 태브는 캐리어 스톡이 해제될 때 티어 오픈 태브 없이 다른 사선 밴드 세그먼트에 밀접한 하나의 에지로부터 찢어질 수 있는 브리지에 의해 이격된 슬릿을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 티어 오픈 태브를 가진 사선 밴드 세그먼트는 용기 수납 구멍의 외부렬중 각각 하나늘 형성하는 밴드 세그먼트중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각 캐리어의 용기 수납 구멍은 각각 두 개의 구멍으로 구성된 두 개의 짧은 측면과 각각 많은 구멍으로 구성된 두 개의 긴 측면을 가진 장방향 어레어를 형성하며, 티어 오픈 태브의 각각은 긴 측면의 하나로부터 이용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 티어 오픈 태브를 가진 각 밴드 세그먼트는 티어 오픈 태브가 당겨질 때 밴드 세그먼트의 찢어짐을 이용하게 슬릿 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 스톡.
