Abstract
전기 커넥터 시스템은 주어진 방향(A)로 결합가능한 제1 및 제2전기 커넥터(20 및 24)를 포함한다. 각각의 커넥터는 결합 단부(42 및 112) 및 하우징상에 장착된 적어도 한 쌍의 단자(26/28 및 32/34)를 갖고 있는 하우징(38 및 58)을 포함한다. 각각의 커넥터의 단자쌍은 다른 커넥터의 단자쌍의 콘택트부와 계합할 수 있는 콘택트부(26d/28d 및 32c/34c)를 갖는다. 커넥터 중 적어도 하나의 커넥터의 단자의 콘택트부는 일반적으로 V형 계합구성을 한정하기 위해 결합 방향에 비스듬히 된다. 커넥터 중 적어도 하나의 커넥터의 단자의 콘택트부는 탄력적이다. 그러므로, 각각의 단자 사이의 와이핑 계합은 커넥터의 결합시 실행되고, 탄력적인 콘택트부는 커넥터의 결합시에 에너지를 저장하는데 효과적이며, 그러한 에너지는 커넥터의 비결합을 지원하는데 효과적이다.

제1도는 전화기 송수화기가 기부 유니트의 수화기대 내에서 결합하고, 본 발명의 전기 커넥터 시스템을 실현하는 이동식 전화기 시스템의 수직 단면도,

제3도는 조립된 상태의 암 커넥터의 투시도,
제4도는 제3도의 선 4-4를 따라 절취된 수직 확대 단면도,
제5도는 이동식 전화기 시스템의 기부 유니트 내의 수 커넥터의 분해된 투시도,
제6도는 조립된 상태의 수 커넥터의 투시도,
제7도는 제6도의 선 7-7을 따라 절취된 확대 수직 단면도,
제8도는 초기 결합 단계의 암 커넥터 및 수 커넥터의 단면도,
제9도는 완전히 결합된 암 커넥터 및 수 커넥터로서 제7도와 유사하게 도시된 단면도.
Claims (10)
- 주어진 방향(A)로 결합가능한 제1전기 커넥터(27) 및 제2전기 커넥터(24)를 포함하고, 각각의 커넥터가 결합 단부(42,112) 및 각각의 하우징상에 장착된 한 쌍 이상의 단자(26/28,32/34)를 갖는 하우징(38,98)을 포함하며, 각각의 커넥터의 단자쌍이 다른 커넥터의 단자쌍의 스프링 콘택트부와 계합할수 있는 스프링 콘택트부(26d/28d,32c/34c)를 갖는 전기 커넥터 시스템에 있어서, 제1커넥터(20)의 단자의 스프링 콘택트부(26d,28d)는 V형 구성으로 제1커넥터의 결합 단부(42)로 향하는 상기 결합 방향에 비스듬히 발산하도록 구성되고, 제2커넥터(24)의 단자의 스프링 콘택트부(32c,34c)는 V형 구성으로 제2커넥터의 결합 단부(112)로 향하는 상기 결합방향에 비스듬히 수렴하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1커넥터(20)의 스프링 콘텍트부(26d,28d)는 제2커넥터(24)의 스프링 콘택트부(32c,34c)가 결합 방향에 대해 수렴하는 각도보다 작은 각도로 상기 결합 방향으로 발산함으로써 각각의 커넥터의 스프링 콘택트부가 커넥터의 결함중 와이핑 계합을 하고, 커넥터의 비결합을 지원하는데 효과적인 에너지를 커넥터의 결합시에 저장하는데 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단자(26/28,32/34)는 상기 스프링 콘택트부를 한정하는 U형 단부가 있는 스프링 아암부(26b/28b,32a/34a)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단자의 U형 단부는 단자의 각각의 스프링 아암부의 밖으로 굽은 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1커넥터(20)의 단자(26,28)의 스프링 아암부(26b,28b)는 제2커넥터(24)의 단자(32,34)의 스프링 아암부(32a,34a)보다 더 유연하게 되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1커넥터(20)의 하우징(38)은 U형 단부를 압축하여 커넥터의 결합시 에너지를 저장하기 위해 단자의 U형 단부와 계합하기 위한 벽 수단(62)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1커넥터(20)의 스프링 콘택트부(26d,28d)는 제2커넥터(24)의 스프링 콘택트부(32c,34c)가 결합 방향에 대해 수렴하는 각도보다 작은 각도로 상기 결합 방향으로 발산함으로써 각각의 커넥터의 스프링 콘택트부가 커넥터의 결합중 와이핑 계합을 하고, 커넥터의 비결합을 지원하는데 효과적인 에너지를 커넥터의 결합시에 저장하는테 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터 시스템.
