Abstract

본 원 발명은 점등시 꽃무늬(국화꽃무늬)가 연출될 수 있도록 그 뚜껑부와 본체부로 이루어지고 장식용 조명기구에 관한 것이다.
특히, 뚜껑부(1)와 본체부(2)의 제조를 하는 방법에 관한 것으로 그 재료와 사출성형을 위한 금형제작 방법등에 특징이 있는 것이다. 특수강을 금형재료로하여 금형제작시 표면갈기등에 있어서 고도의 정밀성을 추구한 것이고, 또한 이 금형을 이용하여 사출성형시 그 금형온도를 달리하여 조명기구를 제조해내는데 특징이 있는 장식용 조명기구의 제조방법이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 본체부(2)의 내부에 전구를 삽입하고 뚜껑부(2)를 덮어서 점등시에 꽃무늬를 보이게 하고, 그 장식용조명기구가 상기의 뚜껑부(1)는 그 중앙상단의 내부에는 국화꽃 무늬를 안쪽을 향해 돌출되도록 형성하고 상기의 본체부(2)의 내부에는 수개의 꽃무늬를 안쪽을 향해 돌출되도록 형성한 장식용 조명기구에 있어서, 상기의 뚜껑부(1)와 본체부(2)는 내부 전구(4)의 일정 빛에 의한 그 반사각과 투명도 및 색상이 항상 양호하게 유지할 수있도록 사출성형시에 사용되는 금형은 상기 뚜껑(1) 및 본체부(2)의 표면의 빛의 투과가 일정하도록 하기 위해서, 렌즈 제품을 생산하는데 사용되는 특수강으로 상기의 금형재료로 사용하고, 상기의 금형을 그 표면조도(면거칠기)가 #10,000(1㎤안의 모래알갱이의 숫자) 이상을 유지시키기 위한 다이아몬드 줄 작업관계와 표면 미각기를 #3,000이상 유지 시키기 위한 세라믹 숫돌 작업단계다. #4,000∼#10,000면의 입자 유지를 위한 다이아몬드 컴파운드 작업관계로 제작되고, 상기의 금형을 이용하여 상기의 뚜껑부 및 본체부의 뚜껑부(1)와 본체부(2)의 두께가 상이한 점을 감안해서 금형온도를 뚜껑부(1)는 +80°, 본체부(2)는 +60°C의 온수와 발명히타를 이용해 사출 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식용 조명기구의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 금형재료는 일본대동 특수강(NAK 80)이고 사출성형되는 상기 뚜껑부(1)와 본체부(2)의 재질은 고품질의 아크릴(HY 150)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식용 조명기구의 제조방법.
