Abstract

목적 : 본 발명은 기관의 각부를 윤활시키는 윤활장치에 관한 것으로서 기관의 시동스위치를 ON 위치로 함과 동시에 윤활작용이 이루어지도록 하는데 목적이 있음. 구성 및 작용효과 : 기관이 구동되는 동안 어큐뮬레이터에 오일이 충전되도록하고, 어큐뮬렌이터에 오일이 충전되도록하고 어큐뮬레이터에 충전된 오일은 시동 스위치를 ON 위치로 함과 동시에 기관의 각부로 급유되도록 구성한 것으로 기관의 각부에 오일이 급유된 상태에서, 기관이 구동되므로 구동초기의 마모를 없앨수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 오일탱크(1)에서 펌프(2)에 의하여 압송된 오일이 오일필터(4)와 체크밸브(5)와 오일주공급관(6)을 통하여 기관(7)의 각부에 윤활되도록된 것에 있어서, 상기 오일주공급관(6)과 연결 설치된 체크밸브(8)와, 체크밸브(8)와 연결설치된 어큐뮬레이터(9)와, 상기 오일주공급관(6)과 어큐뮬레이터(9) 사이에 연결 설치되며 시동스위치(11)에 의하여 개.폐되는 전자절환밸브(10)로 구성되어, 시동스위치(11)를 ON위치로 함과 동시에 어큐뮬레이터(9)에 충전된 오일이 기관의 각부로 윤활되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 기관의 윤활장치.
