Abstract
본 발명은 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 용액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 주제 용액과 보조제용액으로 구분하여 제조한후, 두 용액을 혼합하여 크로메이트 용액을 제조하므로서, Si 및/또는 Zr의 불소화합물을 다량함유하여 아연도금강판에 우수한 내식성을 부여할 수 있는 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 용액을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본발명은 Cr+6:100-180gℓ 및 PO4 -3:50-120g/ℓ로 이루어진 주제용액; 및 Cr+3:100-180g/ℓ 및 PO:4 -3:100-160g/ℓ로 이루어지고 여기에 16-100g/ℓ의 SiF6 -2및 20-120g/ℓ의 ZrF6 -2를 단독 또는 복합으로 첨가하여 이루어진 보조제용액을 제조한 다음, 사기 주제용액과 보조제용액을 혼합비가 85:15~50:50이 되도록 혼합하여 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 용액을 제조하는 방법을 그 요지로 한다.

제1도는 6가 크롬(Cr+6) 및 3가 크롬(Cr+3) 함량비에 따른 불소 화합물의 용해도 변화를 나타내는 그래프, 제3도는 발명예 및 비교예에 대한 초기 백청 발생시간을 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (2)
- Cr+6:10-180g/ℓ, 및 PO4 -3:50-120g/ℓ로 이루어진 주제용액; 및 Cr+3:100-180g/ℓ 및 PO4 -3:100-160g/ℓ 이루어지고 여기에 16-100g/ℓ의 SiF6 -2및 20-120g/ℓ의 Zr/F6 -2를 단독 도는 복합으로 첨가하여 이루어진 보조제용액을 제조한 다음, 상기 주제용액과 보조제용액을 혼합비가 85:15~50:50이 되도록 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 아연도금 강판용 크로메이트 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Cr+6의 공급원이 CrO3, K2CrO7및 Na2Cr2O7으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 1종이고; 상기 ZrF6 -2의 공급원이 Zr(NH4)2F6또는 K2ZrF6이고; 그리고 상기 SiF6 -2의 공급원이 K2SiF6,H2SiF6,(NH4)SiF6및 Na2SiF6로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로하는 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 용액의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
