Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 폴리에스터로 성형된 프리폼 혹은 병의 구부에 내부의 내부직경보다 다소 큰 외부직경을 가지며 그 중심부가 공동으로 되어있고 그 중심부와 표면사이에 직경 0.05~0.5㎜의 다수의 미세공이 존재하는 내경 규제체를 삽입한 상태에서 그 구부만을 가열하고 결정화시켜 이축연신 폴리에스터 병을 제조하는 방법으로 품질의 신뢰도가 매우 높아지게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 열가소성 폴리에스터로 성형된 프리폼 혹은 병의 구부에 내부직경 보다 다소 큰 외부직경을 가진 내부규제체를 삽입한 상태에서 그 구부만을 가열하고 결정화시켜 구부의 기계적 성질 및 내열성을 향상시킴에 있어, 내경규제체로서 그 중심부가 공동으로 되어있고, 그 표면과 중심부의 공동을 연결하는 직경 0.05~0.5㎜의 범위의 미세공이 다수 존재하는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축연신 폴리에스터 병의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스터가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 그 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축연신 폴리에스터 병의 제조방법.
