Claims (4)
- 곡률구면형 영사스크린을 제조함에 있어서 연질의 보호막이 형성된 알루미늄 호일이나 반사물질이 증착된 필름을 스크린 표면 재질로 사용 가능케 하기위해 연마면(200)이 형성된 구면형틀(500) 상하면으로 (★스캔)(★스캔) 형태의 가압틀(300)과 받침틀(400)을 형성하여 구면형틀(500) 상면부위로 연질의 스크린 표면재질(15)을 가압구면화하고 그 이면에 프라스틱 수지를 적층 또는 발포하는 방법으로 스크린의 구면지지수지면(A)을 형성하여 경화(硬化)하는 방법으로 곡률구면 스크린을 제조하는 방법.
- 위 제1항에 있어서의 구면형틀(500)을 제작함에 있어서 임의 곡률구면의 근사치로 형성된 금속판(100) 표면위에 경화수지를 적층 연마하여 연마면(100)이 형성된 구면형틀(500)을 제작하는 방법으로 곡률구면 스크린을 제조하는 방법.
- 곡률구면 스크린에 있어서 그 단면 구성이 스크린 표면 부위부터 스크린 보호막(16), 반사면(15), 스크린의 구면지지수지면(18)이 하나의 합치된 두께로 형성된 곡률구면 스크린.
- 위 제3항의 곡률구면 스크린이 그 이면으로는 마감판과 그 둘레로는 마감테로 결합된 곡률구면 스크린.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
