Abstract
폭발물의 특이 종류를 탐지하기 위한 방법으로, 의심스러운 표본은 연속적으로 액체 상태의 제1, 2, 3, 4 시약의 테스트를 받는다. 이 시약들은 상기 실험에서 제1시약이 사용된 후에도 어떠한 착색도 나타나지 않을때만 사용된다. 제1시약은 디아조 아미노 방향제의 아조다이 결합기의 알카리 용액이다(질산 방향족 폭발물용). 제2시약은 아질산 이온 환원제에 질산염과 디아조 결합기를 함유하는 강산 시약이다(유기 질산염과 니트로아민용). 제3시약은 적어도 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 용매를 함유하는 용액에 현탁된 아연 분말이다(무기 질산염용). 제4시약은 물과-혼화하기 쉬은 유기 용매를 포함하는 동족 강산 용액의 아닐린 염이다(염소산염과 브롬산염용). 본 발명은 이 방법에 사용하기 위한 시약(3)과 (4) 뿐 아니라, 실험 키트 또한 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 의심스러운 소오스로부터 표본을 제공하며, 그 표본을, 디아조 아미노 방향제의 아조다이 결합기의 알카리 용액인 제1시약으로 표본을 접촉하여, 질산 방향제 폭발물의 존재가 분명한 착색을 가져오도록 하고, 그러한 착색이 없을 때에는, 상기 제1시약과 이미 접촉된 표본을, 아질산이온과 디아조 아미노 방향제와의 반응에 의해서 형성된 디아조늄과의 반응으로 착색된 생성물을 제공하는 디아조 결합기와 아질산 이온 환원기를 포함하는 제2시약과 접촉하여, 상기 제2시약은 매우 강한 산이어서 상기 표본과의 접촉으로 상기 제1시약의 동일한 양으로 혼합물을 증화시키고 강산으로 만들어, 유기 질산이나 혹은 니트로아민 폭발물의 존재가 분명한 착색을 가져오도록하고, 그러한 착색이 없을 때에는, 이미 상기 제1, 2시약과 접촉된 표본을 액상으로 현탁된 아연분말과 표본을 접촉하여, 무기질산염의 존재가 분명한 착색을 가져오며, 모든 단계에서 분명한 착색이 없을 때에는 상기 소오스로부터 제2표본을 제공하며, 적어도 하나의 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 유기용매를 포함하는 동족 강산 용액안에 아닐린 염과 상기 제2표본을 접촉하여, 염소산염이나 혹은 브롬산염의 존재가 분명한 착색을 가져오는, 질산방향물, 유기질산염, 질산아민, 무기질산염, 염소산염과 브롬산염에서 추출된 폭발물 탐지를 위한방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디아조 질산 방향제의 아조다이 결합기가 술파닐아미드이거나/또는 상기 디아조 결합기가 아미노나프틸의 일부를 함유하고 상기 제2시약은 수성 산소산을 포함하거나/또는 상기 강산 용액은 산소산을 포함하며 또 적어도 하나의 물과-혼화되기 쉬운 알콜과 적어도 하나의 다른 물과-혼화되기 쉬운 유기 용매를 함유하거나/또는 상기 제1시약은 또 적어도 하나의 물과 혼화하기 쉬운 알콜과 적어도 하나의 다른 물과 혼화하기 쉬운 유기용매를 함유하는 조건중 적어도 하나가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디아조 결합기는 질소-(1 나프틸)에틸렌디아민이거나/또는 상기 제2시약은 수성 인산을 포함하거나/또는 상기 환원제는 히드라진과 티오황산염을 포함하거나/또는 상기 강산 용액은 황산을 포함하고 또 에탄올과 디메틸 술폭시화물을 함유하거나/또는 상기 제1시약은 메틸알콜과 이소프로필 알콜로부터 추출된 적어도 하나의 알콜과 역시 디메틸 술폭시화물 함유하거나/또는 상기 액체는 또 디메틸 술폭시화물과, 메틸 알콜과 이소프로필 알콜로부터 추출된 적어도 하나의 알콜을 함유하는 조건중 적어도 하나가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 의심스러운 소오스가 물질과 무생물체의 표면과 인간의 외계를 포함하고 있는 폭발물을 위해 의심스러운 소오스를 추출하기 위한 흡수수단, 상기 용액이 조제 수단 내에 상기 용액이 함유되어 있는, 디아조 아미노방향제의 아조다이 결합기의 알카리용액, 질산이온과 다이조 아미노 방향제와의 반응에 의해서 형성된 디아조늄과의 반응으로 착색된 생성물을 제공하는 디아조 결합기와 아질산 이온 환원기에 질산염을 함유하는 용액이며, 상기 용액은 강산이므로 상기 알카리 용액과 같은 양 만큼, 그 안의 혼합물을 중화시키고 강산으로 만들며, 조제수단 안에 상기 시약이 함유되어진 시약, 흔들어서 상기 아연가루의 부유(suspension)를 일으키며, 그 안에 상기 혼합물이 조제 수단 내에 함유되어진 액체와 아연 분말의 혼합물, 적어도 하나의 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 유기 용매를 포함하며, 상기 강산 용액이 조제 수단 안에 함유되어진, 동족 강산 용액안에 아닐린염, 등의 성분을 포함하고 있는 키트이며, 질산 방향제, 유기 질산염, 니트로아민, 무기 질산, 연소산염과 브롬산염으로부터 추출된 폭발물을 탐지하는 방법에 사용하기 위한 실험 키트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디아조늄 아미노 방향제의 아조 다이 결합기는 술파닐아미드이거나/또는, 상기 다이조 결합기가 아미노나프닐 소량을 함유하고 상기 제2시약은 수성 산소산을 포함하거나/또는, 상기 강산 용액은 산소산을 포함하고 또 적어도 하나의 물과 혼화하기 쉬운 알콜과 적어도 하나의 다른 물과 혼화하기 쉬운 유기 용매를 함유하거나/또는, 상기 제1시약은 또 적어도 하나의 물과 혼화하기 쉬운 알콜과 적어도 하나의 다른 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 유기 용매를 함유하거나/또는, 상기 액체는 또 적어도 하나의 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 알콜과 적어도 하나의 다른 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 유기 용매를 함유하고 있는 조건중 적어도 하나가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실험키트.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디아조 결합기는 질소(1-나프틸)-에틸렌디아민이거나/또는, 상기 제2시약은 수성 인산을 포함하거나/또는, 상기 환원제는 히드라진과 티오황산염을 포함하거나/또는, 상기 강산 용액은 황산을 포함하며 또 에탄올과 디메틸 술폭시화물을 함유하거나/또는, 상기 제1시약은 또 디메틸 술폭시화물과, 메틸 알콜과 이소프로필 알콜에서 추출된 적어도 하나의 알콜을 함유하거나/또는, 상기 액체는 또 디메틸 술폭시화물과 메틸 알콜과 이소프로필 알콜에서 추출된 적어도 하나의 알콜을 함유하는 조건 중 적어도 하나는 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실험키트.
- 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 알카리 용액, 시약, 혼합물과 강산 용액은 분리되어 봉합된 부서지기 쉬운 앰플 안에 함유되어 있으며, 이 앰플은 플라스틱 튜브에 함유되어 있고, 상기 튜브는 깨지면 앰플의 내용물들이 점적조제로 적용도어진 튜브이므로 상기 내용물이 상기 튜브에서 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실험키트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 용액을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 상기 앰풀들과 상기 시약이 앰풀의 내용물의 열화를 최소화하기 위해 또 활성 가스를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실험키트.
- 무기 질산염(α) 혹은, 염소산염 또는 브롬산염(β)이 물질(α) 즉, 적어도 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 유기 용매를 형성하는 용액 내에 현탁된 아연 분말의 탐지를 위한 시약으로써 그리고/또는 적어도 하나의 물과-혼화하기 쉬운 유기 용매를 포함한 동족 강산 용매 내에 아닐린 염인, 물질(β)를 탐지하기 위한 시약으로서 포함되고, 두 시약이 존재할 때 분리된 채로 포장되어 제공되어지는 잠재 폭발 물질의 탐지에 사용될 시약 또는 시약의 키트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
