Abstract

본 발명은 돗트 매트릭스 에어 임팩트 프린팅 헤드를 개시한다.
본 발명에 따른 돗트 매트릭스형 에어 임팩트 프린팅 헤드는, 잉크가 침지된 리본에 접촉되는 접촉면을 갖는 본체와, 상기 접촉면에 소정 패턴으로 배열형성되는 압축공기 분사노즐과, 상기 각 압축공기 분사노즐에 선택적으로 각각 압축공기를 공급하는 밸브와, 상기 밸브로 압축공기를 공급하는 압축공기 발생장치를 구비하여 된 것으로서 리본을 기록용지에 가압하는 방식이 유압 또는 공기압에 의해 이루어지는 것이어서 근본적으로 프린터 헤드내에 소음 및 충격에 따른 열이 발생되지 않으며, 특히 노즐을 통하여 분사되는 에어의 지름이 미세화 할수 있어 고정세한 프린팅 작업이 가능한 이점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 잉크가 침지된 리본에 접촉되는 접촉면을 갖는 본체와, 상기 접촉면에 소정 패턴으로 배열형성되는 압축공기 분사노즐과, 상기 각 압축공기 분사노즐에 선택적으로 각각 압축공기를 공급하는 밸브와, 상기 밸브로 압축공기를 공급하는 압축공기 발생장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돗트 매트릭스형 에어 임팩트 프린팅헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 솔레노이드 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 돗트 매트릭스형 에어 임팩트 프린팅헤드.
