Abstract

척 몸체 위에서 수동으로 회전가능한 조작 슬리브로부터 패선기어 배열을 포함하는 동력 전달장치를 지나 척 몸체 내의 공구 크램핑 턱까지 크램핑 톨큐를 전달하는 손잡이 없는 척 공구의 구조에 있어서, 탄성 추진 슬리브는 조작 슬리브와 척 몸체 사이에 삽입되어 조작 슬리브의 힘이 가해진 회전에서 추진 슬리브의 탄성 압축 변형을 턱에 의해 조여진 공구 위에 순간 조임력을 부과하기 위해 패션 기어 배열의 순간적인 맛물림을 야기시킨다. 그 결과 조임력은 종래의 패션 기어 배열에 의해 제공된 것보다 2배 이상이 된다.

제5도는 제1도와 제2도에 도시된 척 공구에 이용되는 입구와 출구링 사이에 맛물린 패선(cycloida)기어.

Claims (4)

  1. 척 몸체의 전면부 앞에 공동으로 수렴되는 다수의 안내구멍(3), 안내구멍내에서 미끌어질 수 있도록 수용된 다수의 크램핑턱, 척 몸체의 전면부 위에 느슨하게 삽입된 조작 슬리브(8)와 크램핑턱과 조작 슬리브 사이에 끼워진 동력 전달장치 (11)가 제공되며 크램핑 턱과 맛물린 패선 기어 배열을 포함하는 관 모양의 척 몸체(2)를 포함하는 손잡이 없는 척 공구에 있어서, 탄성 물질로 만들어진 추진 슬리브(10)가 척 몸체(2)의 전면부와 조작 슬리브(8)사이에 끼워진 것을 특징으로하는 손잡이 없는 척 공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추진 슬리브(10)가 탄성 합성수지로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이 없는 척 공구.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저 마찰 계수의 윤활링(28)이 조작 슬리브(8)의 내부 주변에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 척 공구.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 패선기어 배열은 톱니수가 다른 두 세트의 합동 패선기어 톱니(16, 17)를 포함하고 조작 슬리브(8)의 힘이 가해진 회전에서 추진 슬리브(10)의 탄성 압축 변형은 패선기어 톱니 사이의 순간적인 맛물림을 야기시켜 공구에 순간적인 조임력을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 척 공구.
