Claims (2)
- 구동전류의 입력에 대응하여 구동되는 LCD (13)와, 상기 LCD (13)의 구동 신호를 출력하는 LCD 제어부(11)를 구비한 LCD 전류 제어회로에 있어서, 제1, 제2전압을 입력하면, 상기 LCD 제어부(11)로 부터 출력되는 구동신호의 입력에 응답하여 상기 LCD (13)에 구동 전류를 제공하는 LCD 드라이버 수단과, 상기 LCD 드라이버 수단과 제3전압 사이에 접속되어 온도의 변화에 적응되어 상기 구동전류의 량을 제어하는 전류 제어수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD 전류 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전류 제어수단은 LCD 드라이버 수단의 출력과 제3전압 사이에 접속된 서어미스터임을 특징으로 하는 회로.
