Abstract

파일에 데이타를 저장하는 방법 및 체제를 제공하며, 본 발명은 파일 번들로서컴파운드 도큐먼트내에 형성될 데이타를 제공한다. 파일 번들은 계층식으로 형성될 수 있는 서브 파일을 포함하는 파일 체제 파일이며, 파일 번들 파일내의 데이타는 데이타를 발생시키는 프로그램에 한정된 포맷내에 양호히 저장된다. 데이타를 발생시키는 프로그램은 다른 프로그램에 의해 만들어진 파일 번들을 개방시키고 파일 번들 파일내의 데이타를 직접 액세싱 할 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 파일 번들의 통상적인 레이아웃의 다이아그램.
제2도는 파일 번들인 파일 번들 파일을 포함 하는 파일 번들의 다이아그램.
제3도는 파일 번들 API와 파일 시스템 API사이의 인터페이스를 도시하는 도면.
제4도는 본 발명의 실시예인 데이타 저장을 위한 샘플 데이타 구조의 개략 다이아그램.

Claims (3)

  1. 컴퓨터 시스템에서 컴파운드 도큐먼트내에 데이타른 저장하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 파일을 만드는 단계와, 만들시진 파일내에 디렉토리 구조를 저장하는 단계와, 만들어진 파일내에 서브 파일을 만드는 단계와, 만들어진 서브 파일내에 데이타를 저장하는 단계를 구비하며, 상기 디렉토리 구조는 만들어진 파일내의 서브 디렉토리를 지지하며, 서브 파일의 위치 및 이름이 디렉토리 구조내에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 저장 방법.
  2. 컴퓨터 시스템에서 파일 체제 파일이며 디렉토리와 복수개의 파일 번들 파일을 갖는 파일 번들내의 데이타를 액세싱하기 위한 방법에 있어서. 제1응용 프로그램의 제어하에서, 파일 번들을 개방하는 단계와, 제2응용 프로그램에 의해 발생된 데이타를 포함하는 파일 번들 파일을 확인하는 단계와, 확인된 파일 번들 화일에서 데이타를 액세스 하기 위해 제2응용 프로그램을 요구하는 단계와, 제2응용 프로그램의 제어하에서, 파일 번들을 개방하는 단계와, 개방된 파일 번들내의 확인된 파일 번들을 개방하는 단계와, 개방된 파일 번들내의 데이타를 액세싱 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 액세싱 방법.
  3. 컴퓨터 시스템에서 파일 체제 파일내의 복수개의 응용 프로그램에 의해 발생된 데이타를 저장하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 파일 체제 파일을 만드는 단계와, 만들어진 파일 체제 파일내에 디렉토리 구조를 저장하는 단계와. 응용 프로그램에 의해 발생된 데이타를 저장하기 위하여 만들어진 파일 체제 파일내에 서브 파일을 만드는 단계와, 만들어진 서브 파일내의 데이타를 저장하기 위해 데이타를 발생시키는 응용 프로그램을 요구하는 단계와, 요구된 응용 프로그램의 제어하에, 만들어진 서브 파일내에 발생된 데이타를 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 저장 방법.
