Abstract
장치를 재가동시킴에 있어서의 시동조업에서의 제품로스와 시간로스를 없애는 것을 특징으로 한다.
그 구성에 있어서, 원료공기를 압축하는 원료공기 압축기(11)와, 압축된 원료공기를 냉각하는 주열교환기(2)와, 냉각된 원료공기에서 선택적으로 2종 이상의 조성성분을 그 비점의 차를 이용하여 분리 정제하는 정류탑(3)과, 이 정류탑에 한냉을 공급하는 한냉발생수단(냉동기(7), 팽창터빈(8)등)과), 액상으로 분리된 조성성분을 종류별로 저류하는 탱크(4,5)를 구비한 공기분리 장치를 이용하여 초고순도 질소를 제조하는 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 액상으로 분리된 조성성분을 종류별로 저류하는 복수의 탱크의 하나로서 액체질소탱크(4)가 설치되고, 이 액체질소탱크(4)와 상기 한냉발생수단 사이에는 상기 액체질소탱크(4)내의 액체질소를 상기 한냉발생수단의 계내에 공급하는 탱크질소 공급관이 설치되어 있다.

Claims (4)
- 원료공기를 압축하는 원료공기 압축기와, 압축된 원료공기를 냉각하는 주열교환기와, 냉각된 원료공기에서 선택적으로 2종 이상의 조성성분을 그 비점의 차를 이용하여 분지정제하는 정류탑과, 이 정류탑에 한냉을 공급하는 한냉발생수단과, 액상으로 분리된 조성성분을 종류별로 저류하는 탱크를 구비한 공기 분리장치를 이용하여 초고순도 질소를 제조하는 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 액상으로 분리된 조성성분을 종류별로 저류하는 복수의 탱크의 하나로서 액체질소탱크가 설치되고, 이 액체질소탱크와 상기 한냉발생수단 사이에는 상기 액체질소탱크내의 액체질소를 가스화한후 상시 한냉발생수단의 계내에 공급하는 질소 공급관이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도 질소의 제조장치.
- 원료공기를 압축하는 원료공기 압축기와, 압축된 원료공기를 냉각하는 주열교환기와, 냉각된 원료공기에서 선택적으로 2종 이상의 조성성분을 그 비점의 차를 이용하여 분리 정제하는 정류탑과, 이 정류탑에 한냉을 공급하는 한냉발생수단과, 액상으로 분리된 조성성분을 종류별로 저류하는 탱크를 구비한 공기분리 장치를 이용하여 초고순도 질소를 제조하는 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 정류탑과 상기 한냉발생수단 사이에는 상기 정류탑내에서 분리된 질소를 상기 한냉발생수단의 계내에 공급하는 질소공급관이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도 질소의 제조장치.
- 청구항1 기재의 제조장치를 이용하여 초고순도 질소를 제조하는 방법으로서, 한냉발생수단의 가동이 정지되어 있을때, 질소공급관을 이용하여 액체질소탱크내에 저류되어 있는 액체질소를 가스화한 후 상기 한냉발생수단의 계내에 공급하고, 이 계내늘 퍼지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도 질소의 제조방법.
- 청구항2 기재의 제조장치를 이용하여 초고순도 질소를 제조하는 방법으로서, 한냉발생수단의 가동이 정지되어 있을때, 질소공급관을 이용하여 정류탑에서 분리된 질소를 상기 한냉발생수단의 계내에 공급하고, 이 계내를 퍼지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도 질소의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
