Abstract
축류 터빈은 한 열이상이 굽은 안내 날개(7)와 한열이상의 회전 날개를 구비한다. 안내 날개 크기 전체에 걸친 상기 안내 날개(7)의 굽음은 익현에 대하여 직각에서 선택되며 원주 방향에서 각각의 인접한 안내 날개의 압력측을 향한다. 상기 안내 날개는 그 방사범위에서 점감된다. 안내 날개에서 경계층의 편향에 의해 발생하는2차 손실이 이러한 방식에 의해 감소된다

제1도는 터빈의 부분 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 유관(流管)의 외경상 실린더형 부분의 부분 전개도, 제3도는 굽은 안내 날개의 뼈대의 투시도, 제4도는 굽은 안내 날개의 윤곽도, 제5도는 축방향부의 유선을 도시한다. 제6도는 관의 높이에 걸친 개스 배기가스 날개 배출각을 비교하는 도포. 제7도는 터빈 압력비의 함수로서 손실의 감소를 도시한 도표.
Claims (4)
- 한 열이상의 굽은 안내 날개와 한 열이상의 회전 날개를 구비한 축류 터빈에 있어서, 안내 날개의 전체 크기에 걸친 안내 날개의 굽음이 익현에 대하여 직각에서 선택되고. 상기 안내 날개가 방사상 범위내에서 점점 가늘어진 (taper) 축류터 빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내 날개의 굽음이 원주방향에서 각각의 인접한 안내 날개의 압력측을 향하여 굽은 축류터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 점감 (taper) 이 외측반경으로부터 상기 안내 날개 크기의 절반까지는 익현대 날개사이의 거리의 비가 증가하는 형태의 안내 날개를 가지고. 상기 안내 날개 크기의 절반부에서 내측 반경까지는 익현대 날게 사이의 거리 비가 일정한 형태의 안내 날개를 갖는 방식으로 선택되는 축류 터빈
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내 날개 선단부 지역에 원추형으로 개구된 허브부를 갖는 축류 터빈의 안내 날개가 날개 크기 전체에 걸쳐서 뒤틀린 축류 터빈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
