Abstract

불포화 비시클로 헵탄 유도체 및/또는 불포화 비시클로 옥탄유도체를 함유하는 원료를 올리고머화 함에 있어서, 원료중의 디엔함유량을 1중량% 이하로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법을 제안하는 것으로서, 원료를 고체산처리를 증류처리와 동시에 또는 사전에 처리하고, 그후 올리고머화하는 제조방법이다.
상기한 제조방법은 저점도로 더구나 넓은 온도범위에 걸쳐서 우수한 성능을 갖는 유동구동용 유체에 제공할 수 있는 올리고어를 효율적으로 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 불포화 비시클로[2,2,1]헵탄 유도체를 함유하는 원료를 올리고머화 함에 있어서 원료중의 디엔함유량을 1중량% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  2. 불포화 비시클로[2,2,2]옥탄유도체를 함유하는 원료를 올리고머화 함에 있어서 원료중의 디엔함유량을 1중량% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  3. 불포화 비시클로[2,2,1]헵탄유도체와 불포화 비시클로[2,2,2]옥탄유도체를 함유하는 원료를 올리고머화 함에 있어서 원료중의 디엔함유량을 1중량% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1항에서 한정한 원료를 고체산 처리와 동시에 증류처리하고 그후 올리고머화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 제2항에서 한정한 원료를 고체산 처리와 동시에 증류처리를 하고 그후에 올리고머화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 제3항에서 한정한 원료를 고체산 처리와 동시에 증류처리를 하고 그후 올리고머화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1항에서 한정한 원료를 고체산 처리에 이어서 증류처리하고 그후 올리고머화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 제2항에서 한정한 원료를 고체산 처리에 이어서 증류처리하고 그후 올리고머화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 제3항에서 한정한 원료를 고체산 처리에 이어서 증류처리하고 그후 올리고머화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고머의 제조방법.
