Abstract

개선된 인공해수 및 그 제조용 조성물이 제공되어 있다. 상기의 인공해수용 조성물은 물에 용해 되었을때 붕소로 계산한 전체농도 범위가 0.002내지 0.05w/v%가 되도록하나 또는 그 이상의 붕소화합물을 함유하는 것을 제외하고는 성분이 천연해수와 유사한 수용액을 형성하는 전해질 혼합물을 포함한다.
또한 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕소화합물을 첨가하여 인공해수의 pH안정성을 개선시키는 방법이 제공되어 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 적합한 양의 물에 용해되어, 붕소로 계산한 전체농도 범위가 0.002 내지 0.05w/v%가 되도록 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕소화합물을 함유하는 것을 제외하고는 조성이 천연해수와 유사한 수용액을 형성할 수 있는 전해질 혼합물을 함유하는 인공해수의 제조를 위한 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕소화합물의 공급원으로 붕산, 붕산 나트륨, 붕산칼륨, 붕산 망간, 붕산리튬 및 붕산마그네슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 분말, 과립 또는 정제 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 상기 인공해수에 전체 붕소 농도가 0.002 내지 0.05W/V%범위가 되는 양으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕소화합물을 첨가하여 인공해수의 pH안정성을 개선시키는 방법.
  5. 인공해수에서 해양-서식 유기체를 유지 또는 증식시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 인공해수는 붕소로 계산한 전체농도 범위가 0.02 내지 0.05W/V%의 범위가 되도록 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕소화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
