Claims (2)
- 인버터(4)로 유도전동기(5)를 구동하는 전동기 시스템에 있어서, 정속도(Wr1)로 전동기(5)를 구동하다가 정토오크(Te1)로 전동기(5)를 일정속도(Wr2)까지 가속시킨 다음 타이머(42)로 가속시간(△T1) 측정시 얻어지는 가속시간(△T1), 회전속도(Wr1,Wr2) 및 정토오크(Te1)를 마이크로프로세서(43)내의 램에 저장하는 단계와, 상기 저장단계 이후에 전동기(5)를 다시 정속도(Wr1)로 구동하고 정토오크(Te2)로 Wr2로까지 가속시킨 다음 이때의 가속시간(△T2)을 측정하는 단계와, 상기 저장단계에서 마이크로프로세서(43)내의 램에 저장된 데이타(Wr1,Wr2,△T1,Te1)와 상기 측정단계에서 측정된 정토오크(Te2) 및 가속시간(△T2)을 이용하여 관성(J) 및 마찰분(B)을 계산하는 단계와, 상기 계산단계에서의 관성(J) 및 마찰분(B) 계산을 소정회 반복하여 계산된 값을 더하고 그 더한값을 반복횟수로 나누어 평균값을 구하는 단계로 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 관성 및 마찰분 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계산단계에서 관성(J) 및 마찰분(B)은로 계산함을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 관성 및 마찰분 측정방법.
