Abstract

에어백장치를 경량, 고강도의 것으로 한다.
리테이너(12)를 합성수지제로 하고, 에어백(14)의 단부에 함침에 의하여 고정부착된 함성수지제링(34)를 접착 또는 용착에 의하여 리테이너(12)에 고정부착한다.
리테이너의 강도가 높고 또한 경량이다.
에어백의 부착강도가 높고 부착도 용이하다.

제1도는 실시예에 관한 에어백장치(10)의 단면도이다,
제2도는 다른 실시예에 관한 에어백장치(40)의 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 인플레이터장착용의 개구를 보유하는 주판부(20) 및 그 주판부의 측면에 세워 설치된 부착편(22)을 보유하는 리테이너와, 그 리테이너에 부착된 에어백(14) 및 인플레이터(16)와, 그 에어백을 덮는 모듈커버(18)등을 구비한 운전석용 에어백(10)에 있어서, 그 리테이너를 합성수지제로 하고, 그 에어백의 일부에 합성수지를 상기한 인플레이터장착용개구를 둘러싸도록 환형상으로 고정부착시키고, 이환형상의 합성수지를 합성수지리테이너에, 용착 또는 접착한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
  2. 전면이 개방된 용기형상의 콘테이너(42)와, 그 콘테이너에 부착됨과 아울러 접어 포개져서 그 콘테이너내에 수용된 에어백(46)과, 그 에어백을 전개시키는 가스를 발생하도록 그 콘테이너에 부착된 인플레이터(44)와, 그 콘테이너의 전면개구를 덮는 뚜껑(48)등을 구비한 조수석용 에어백장치에 있어서, 그 콘테이너를 합성수지제로 하고, 상기한 에어백의 일부에 합성수지를 상기한 용기의 내면에 따르도록 주희 환형상으로 고정부착시키고, 이 환형상의 합성수지를 콘테이너에 용착 또는 접착한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
