Description

건축용 벽판넬
제 1 도는 본 고안의 절개 사시도.

본 고안은 건축에 사용되는 조립식 벽체에 관한 것으로서 특히, 별도의 연결구 없이 견고히 조립할 수 있는 벽판넬에 관한 것이다.
종래의 벽판넬을 예시도면 제 5 도와 같이 별도의 연결구를 사용하여 인접한 벽판넬을 결합하도록 되어 있었기 때문에 조립시에 많은 시간이 소요되고 연결부가 취약한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 결점을 해결하기 위하여 벽체의 양측에 각각 종 방향으로 ㄷ형강을 결합하여 외측철판으로 이들을 감싸도록 하고 일측의 ㄷ형강은 폭을 약간 좁게하고 단부를 절곡시켜 타측의 ㄷ형강내로 결합될 수 있도록 함으로써 조립이 간단하고 견고한 벽판넬을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 내부에 스티로플판재(2)가 삽입되고 외측에 얇은 외측철판(3)으로 된 벽체(1)에 있어서, 일측은 외측철판(3)이 직선으로 연장되어 ㄷ형강(4)의 단부(5)를 감싸도록 되고 타측은 약간 좁은 폭으로 연장되어 ㄷ형강(6)의 단부(7)를 감싸도록하되 ㄷ형강(6)의 단부(7)가 내측으로 구부러지도록 되고, 외측철판(3)을 포함한 ㄷ형강(6)의 외측 폭(a)이 ㄷ형강(4)의 내측 폭(b)에 꼭 맞도록 구성된 것이다.
미 설명부호 8 은 인접한 벽체(1)를 결합한 후에 보울트로 결합해주기 위한 곳으로서 드릴로 뚫기 좋도록 소형의 요홈을 형성한 것이다.
본 고안은 벽체(1)의 양측에 종방향으로 각각 ㄷ형강(4)(5)이 결합되어 있고, 예시도면 제 4 도와 같이 인접한 벽체를 서로 연속하여 결합하고자 할 때는 ㄷ형강(4)이 결합되어 있는 벽체(1)의 측단부에 ㄷ형강(6)이 결합되어 있는 벽체(1)의 측단부를 결합하도록 된 것이다.
위와 같이 인접된 벽체(1)를 결합할때는 ㄷ형강(4) 내측으로 ㄷ형강(6)이 강제로 삽입되는데 이때 ㄷ형강(6)의 단부(7)가 내측으로 굴곡되어 있어서 결합이 용이하고, ㄷ형강(4)의 내측폭(b)이 외측철판(3) 두께를 포함한 ㄷ형강(6)의 외측폭(a)과 거의 동일하여 견고히 결합되며, 양측 ㄷ형강이 결합된 상태에서 요홈(8)을 드릴로 천공하여 보울트로 결합시키는 것이다.
본 고안은 ㄷ형강(4)(6)으로 인하여 벽체(1)가 강한 하중에 견딜 수 있으며, 벽체(1)와 인접한 벽체(1)를 결합할 때는 이들 ㄷ형강(4)(6)을 서로 중복되도록 삽입하여 보울트로 고정함으로서 연결작업이 간편하고, 벽체(1)의 연결부가 다른 부위보다 오히려 견고한 효과가 있다.

  1. 내부에 스티로플판재(2)가 삽입되고 외측에 얇은 외측철판(3)으로 된 통상의 벽체(1)에 있어서, 일측은 외측철판(3)이 직선으로 연장되어 ㄷ형강(4)의 단부(5)를 감싸도록 되고 타측은 약간 좁은 폭으로 연장되어 ㄷ형강(6)의 단부(7)를 감싸도록 하되 ㄷ형강(6)의 단부(7)가 내측으로 구부러지도록 되고, 외측철판(3)을 포함한 ㄷ형강(6)의 외측 폭(a)이 ㄷ형강(4)의 내측폭(b)에 꼭 맞도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 벽판넬.
