Abstract

본 고안은 합성수지재 창호의 휨현상을 방지하기 위한 보강철을 창호조립 후 외부에서 삽입 고정시키도록 하는 것으로 창호를 구성하는 바에 휨현상이 발생되거나 코너에서 비틀림 현상의 발생을 방지하는 것이다.
이러한 본 고안은 길이바와 중간에서 횡바를 결합시키는 T형 이음구에 있어서, T형 이음구에 수평, 수직방향으로 서로 관통되는 보강철 삽입홈을 형성시킨 후 상기 수평방향 보강철 삽입홈에서 횡바의 내부로 보강철을 삽입 고정시키고 길이바에서 T형 이음구의 수직방향 보강철 삽입홈을 관통하여 길이바의 내부로 보강철을 삽입 고정시키도록 하므로써 이루어지며 작업이 쉬우면서도 휨현상과 비틀림 현상을 없애게 된다.

Description

창호용 T형 이음구
본 고안은 합성수지재 창호의 휨현상을 방지하기 위한 보강철을 창호조립 후 외부에서 삽입 고정시키도록 하는 창호용 T형 이음구를 제공하는 것이다.
본 고안은 합성수지재 창호의 수직방향으로 위치하는 길이바(BAR)의 중간에 끼워져 횡바를 결합 고정시키는 T형 이음구에 관한 것이다.
합성수지재 창호의 길이바에 횡바를 결합시키는 방식은 도1에 도시된 T형 이음구(10)를 사용하게 된다.
여기서 합성수지재 창호의 코너 결합방식은 그 설명을 생략한다.
기존의 T형 이음구(10)은 도1 및 도2에 도시된 바와같이 길이바(20)(20')의 중간에 끼워져 횡바(30)를 결합 고정시키는 것으로 T형 이음구(10)에는 길이바(20)(20')에 형성된 결합홈(21)에 끼워져 길이바(20)(20')에 형성된 결합홈(21)에 끼워져 길이바(20)(20')를 결합시키기 위한 결합돌기(11)(12)를 상호 대향된 방향에 형성시키는 한편 상기 결합돌기(11)(12)와 직각방향을 이루는 면에 횡바(30)의 결합홈에 끼워져 횡바(30)를 결합시키기 위한 결합돌기(13)를 형성시킨다.
T형 이음구(10)에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 결합시킨 후에는 T형 이음구(10)에 뚫린 나사홀을 통하여 나사(14)(15)를 끼운 후 상기 나사(14)(15)가 나사홈(22)에 끼워지도록 하므로써 T형 이음구(10)에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 단단히 고정시키게 된다.
그러나 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)는 합성수지재를 이용하여 압출성형시키는 관계로 그 길이가 길수록 중간부분쪽에서 자중에 의해 휘어지는 휨현상이 발생되어 창호제작시 큰 문제점으로 등장하게 된다.
이러한 휨현상을 방지하기 위하여 도2에 도시된 바와 같이 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)내부에 보강철(40)(40')(41)을 삽입시킨 후 나사(25)(35)로 고정시켜 주고 있으나 작업여건상 보강철(40)(40')(41)의 길이를 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)의 길이에 맞추어 주지 못하고 보강철(40)(40')(41)을 길이바(20)(20')나 횡바(30)보다 짧게 하여 T형 이음구(10)부위의 비틀림 현상을 방지해 주지 못하게 된다.
그리고 보강철(40)(40')(41)을 미리 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)내부에 삽입시킨 후 T형 이음구(10)에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 결합시키게 되므로 T형 이음구(10)에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)의 결합시 보강철(40)(40')(41)에 의한 작업방해를 받게되어 작업성이 떨어지는 것이었다.
본 고안은 상기된 점을 감안하여 T형 이음구에 길이바와 횡바를 결합 후 횡바의 보강철은 T형 이음구의 외부에서 횡바의 내부로 삽입 고정시키도록 하고 길이바에는 하나의 길이바에서 보강철을 끼워 T형 이음구를 관통시킨 후 다른 길이바 내부로 삽입 고정시키도록 하므로써 길이바 또는 횡바의 휨현상이나 비틀림 현상을 제거하는 한편 작업의 편리성을 도모하는 것이다.
이러한 본 고안은 길이바와 중간에서 횡바를 결합시키는 T형 이음구에 있어서, T형 이음구에 수평, 수직방향으로 서로 관통되는 보강철 삽입홈을 형성시킨 후 상기 수평방향 보강철 삽입홈에서 횡바의 내부로 보강철을 삽입 고정시키고 길이바에서 T형 이음구의 수직방향 보강철 삽입홈을 관통하여 길이바의 내부로 보강철을 삽입 고정시키도록 하므로써 이루어지며 작업이 쉬우면서도 휨현상과 비틀림 현상을 제거한다.

본 고안은 도3에 도시된 바와 같이 T형 이음구(10)의 양측에 대향된 방향으로 돌출 성형된 결합돌기(11)(12)가 길이바(20)(20')에 형성된 결합홈(21)에 끼워지게 하고 상기 결합돌기(11)(12)와 직각인 방향으로 또다른 결합돌기(13)를 형성시켜 횡바(30)에 형성된 결합홈에 끼워지게 하며 T형 이음구(10)에는 수평, 수직방향으로 서로 관통되어지는 보강철 삽입홈(16)(17)을 형성시키는 한편 나사(19)를 결합시키기 위한 나사홀(18)이 형성된다.
여기서 보강철 삽입홈(16)(17)은 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)에 끼워지는 보강철(40)(41)의 형상과 동일하게 형성시켜 보강철(40)(41)이 상기된 보강철 삽입홈(16)(17)을 관통하여 길이바(20)(20') 또는 횡바(30)의 내부에 삽입 고정되도록 한다.
T형 이음구(10)에 끼워진 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)는 나사(14)(15)를 이용하여 결합 고정시킨다.
이러한 본 고안에서 T형 이음구(10)의 결합돌기(11)(12)에 길이바(20)(20')의 결합홈(21)을 끼우고 또는 결합돌기(13)에는 횡바(30)의 결합홈을 끼운 후 T형 이음구(10)를 나사(14)(15)로 관통결합시킴으로써 T형 이음구(10)에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 결합 고정시키는 방식은 기존과 동일하다.
본 고안은 기존 방식과 같이 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)내부에 보강철(40)(40')(41)을 끼워준 후에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 T형 이음구(10)에 결합시키지 않고 T형 이음구(10)에 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 결합시킨 후 T형 이음구(10)의 보강철 삽입홈(16)(17)을 통하여 길이바(20)(20') 또는 횡바(30)내부로 보강철(40)(41)을 삽입시키고 이를 나사(19)로 고정시키는 방식에 특징이 있다.
본 고안은 도시되지 않고 설명되지 않은 코너 브라켓트와 본 고안의 T형 이음구(10)를 이용하여 길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)를 순차적으로 결합 고정시킴으로써 전체적인 창호를 조립완성시키게 되고 이같이 창호를 조립한 상태에서 보강철(40)(41)을 끼워주게 된다.
전체적인 창호가 완성된 상태에서 먼저 T형 이음구(10)의 수평방향 보강철 삽입홈(17)에서부터 보강철(41)을 밀어 넣어 보강철(41)이 횡바(30)의 내부로 밀려들어가게 한다.
여기서 T형 이음구(10)의 보강철 삽입홈(17)에서 횡바(30)의 내부로 삽입되어진 보강철(41)은 횡바(30)의 내부를 관통하여 대향된 방향에 설치된 T형 이음구까지 밀려들어가게 하며 횡바(30)의 내부에 삽입된 보강철(41)은 그 선단이 수직방향의 보강철 삽입홈(16)에서 보이지 않도록 밀어 넣어 보강철 삽입홈(16)으로 다른 보강철(40)이 삽입될 때 상기된 보강철(41)에 의하여 삽입에 영향을 받지 않게 한다.
이같이 T형 이음구(10)로부터 횡바(30)의 내부에 보강철(41)을 삽입 고정시킨 후에는 T형 이음구(10)의 보강철 삽입홈(16)을 관통하여 길이바(20)(20')의 내부로 보강철(40)을 삽입 고정시켜야 한다.
여기서 T형 이음구(10)와 결합되지 않은 쪽의 길이바(20)(20') 선단에는 창호의 코너 결합을 위한 코너 브라켓트가 끼워져 있고 상기 브라켓트에도 직각방향의 관통된 보강철 삽입홈이 형성되어 있게 된다.
따라서 코너 브라켓트쪽에서 부터 보강철(40)을 밀어 넣어 길이바(20)내부를 관통시키고 다시 T형 이음구(10)의 수직방향 보강철 삽입홈(16)을 관통한 후 길이바(20')의 내부로 삽입되게 된다.
길이바(20)(20')의 내부로 삽입 고정되는 보강철(40)은 절단되지 않은 상태로 길이바(20)(20')와 T형 이음구(10)를 관통하여 삽입 고정되므로 결국 창호의 바닥에서 상부까지 일체로된 보강철(40)이 받치게 되므로 길이바(20)(20')의 휨현상을 방지한다.
그리고 T형 이음구(10)를 보강철(40)이 관통하게 되어 T형 이음구(10)의 이음부분에서 발생되는 뒤틀림 현상도 없어지게 된다.
길이바(20)(20')와 횡바(30)에 삽입된 보강철(40)(41)은 T형 이음구(10)의 나사홀(18)을 통하여 나사(19)를 조여주므로써 고정시키게 된다.
본 고안에서 보강철(40)(41)은 창호 조립 후 끼워져 고정되므로 필요에 따라 보강철(40)(41)을 교체하여 사용할 수도 있다.
본 고안은 창호조립 후 보강철을 삽입시키게 되므로 작업성이 뛰어나고, 보강철이 길이바의 중간에 끼워지는 T형 이음구를 관통하여 길이바 내부에 삽입 고정되므로 길이바의 휨현상과 코너 비틀림 현상을 없앨 수 있다.

T형 이음구(10)의 대향된 방향으로 돌출 성형된 결합돌기(11)(12)를 길이바(20)(20')의 결합홈(21)에 끼우고 상기 결합돌기(11)(12)와 직각인 방향으로 성형된 결합돌기(13)에 횡바(30)의 결합홈을 끼워 결합시킴에 있어서, T형 이음구(10)의 수평, 수직방향으로 서로 관통되는 보강철 삽입홈(16)(17)을 형성시킨 후 창호조립시 T형 이음구(10)의 수평방향 보강철 삽입홈(17)으로 부터 횡바(30)의 내부로 보강철(41)을 삽입시키고 길이바(20)에서 T형 이음구(10)의 수직방향 보강철 삽입홈(16)을 관통하여 길이바(20')의 내부로 보강철(40)을 삽입 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 창호용 T 형 이음구.
