건설기계의 로드센싱 제어장치에 관한 것으로 특히 유압 액츄에이터의 부하 압력의 크기에 따라 축압기 및 밸브들의 조합으로 구성된 장치에 의해 공급 압력 및 유량을 자동제어 하는 부하감지(로드센싱)제어에 관한 것으로 작업 액츄에이터 (20)에서 발생하는 과부하 압력 변화에 대해 축압기(12)에 저장시킨 압유를 이용하여 자동제어하는 로드센싱 유압제어장치로서 배기 용적 가변수단을 갖는 유압펌프 (4)와 토출되는 유량을 작업 조절레버(7)에 의해 작업 액츄에이터에 유입되는 유량을 조절하는 방향유량 제어밸브(9)와 각 부위의 입.출구 압력을 측정하는 압력 측정장치(16)(17)(18)(19) 축압기에 유입되는 압유의 압력을 제어하는 압력제어밸브 (10)와 축압기에 저장된 압유가 여류되지 않도록 하는 방향 제어 밸브(11)와 압유로 부터 액츄에이터에 공급되는 압력 및 유량을 제어하는 전자비례 제어밸브(13)와 액츄에이터로 부터 축압기 쪼으로의 압유의 역류가 발생하지 않도록 하는 방향제어밸브(14)와 액츄에이터의 작동 방향에 따라 달라지는 유입 라인과 축압기의 압유 라인 사이를 연결시켜 주기 위한 3-way 솔레노이드 밸브(15)등으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 로드센싱 유압 자동제어장치.The present invention relates to a load sensing control device for a construction machine, and more particularly, to a load sensing control for automatically controlling supply pressure and flow rate by a device consisting of a combination of accumulators and valves according to the load pressure of a hydraulic actuator. A pressure control valve 10 for controlling the pressure of the hydraulic oil flowing into the pressure injector and a direction control valve 11 for preventing the hydraulic oil stored in the accumulator from flowing into the actuator are supplied to the actuator. The inflow line and the accumulator vary depending on the direction of operation of the actuator and the direction control valve 14 to prevent the reverse flow of pressure oil from the actuator to the proportional control valve 13 and the actuator to control the pressure and flow rate. 3-way solenoid valve (15) for connecting between the oil pressure lines of the construction machinery, characterized in that the load sensing hydraulic automatic control device.
