조미김 포장용기의 제습 확인구조

본 고안은 투명한 용기본체내의 흡수제인 청색 실리카겔 및 백색 실리카겔을 동시에 수용한 흡습제 포장대를 내장하되 흡습제 포장대의 상, 하면으로는 투시창을 형성하여 상기 투명한 용기본체 및 투시창을 통하여 확인되는 청색 실리카겔의 색상변화상태에 따라 수용된 조미김의 건조상태 내지는 유통기간등을 감지하여 조미김의 품질상태를 육안으로 파악할 수 있도록한 조미김 포장용기의 제습확인 구조에 관한 것이다.
현재 시중에 유통되고 있는 조미김의 포장용기는 피. 브이. 씨 또는 폴리스틸렌으로된 용기본체를 채택하고 있으며 그 상면에는 복합필름으로 포장하여 유통되고 있다.
또 상기한 종래의 조미김 포장용기내에는 흡습제인 실리카겔을 수용한 흡습제 포장대를 내장하게 되는데 이 때의 흡습재는 가격이 저렴한 백색 실리카겔만을 사용하고 있다.
한편, KS 규격에서도 조미김의 임계수분함량을 5%로 정하고 있듯이 조미김의 품질은 수분과 매우 밀접하다.
현재의 포장구조로 볼때 수분을 완전히 차단시키기에는 미흡하고, 포장불량등으로 수분이 다량 침투되었을때 제조년월일 혹은 유통기한으로 제품의 품질상태를 간접적로 확인하게 되나 상기한 제조년월일등이 분명하지 못한다던가 혹안미비로 소비자들은 본의 아닌 불량한 조미김을 구입하게 되는 경우가 허다하다.
그리고 청색 실리카겔의 경우 백색 실리카겔보다 약간 고가이기는 하나 청색 실리카겔은 수분의 흡습상태에 따라 분홍색으로 변하는 특징을 갖고 있는바, 본 고안은 이와 같은 특징에 착안하여 상기 청색 실리카겔을 백색 실리카겔과 함께 수용한 흡습제 포장대를 제공하고, 또한 이와 같은 청색 실리카겔의 색상변화를 외부에서 육안으로 확인할 수 있는 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
투명한 용기본체(1)내에 통상의 흡습제포장대(4)를 내장하되 흡습제 포장대( 4)의 상. 하면으로는 투시창(5)(5')을 형성하고 또 그 내측에는 청색 실리가겔(2) 및 백색실리카겔(3)를 동시에 수용한 구조이다.
도면 부호중(6)은 밀폐용 판막덮개이며, (7)은 조미김을 보인 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 투명한 용기본체(1)내에 청색 실리카겔(2) 및 백색 실리카겔(3)을 동시에 수용한 흡습제 포장대(4)가 내장되어 있고, 상기 청색 실라카겔(2)의 경우 투명한 용기본체(1)내의 수분을 흡습하는 정도에 따라 점차 분홍색으로 변하게 된다.
또 본 고안의 투시창(5)(5')은 공히 흡습제 포장대(4)와 상, 하면에 형성되어 있어 용기본체(1)내에 내장이 투시창(5)(5') 상호간의 위치가 상면 또는 하면에 관계없이 어느 한면은 필히 저부쪽으로 향하게 되므로 한면은 조미김에 기려지게 되나 나머지 한면은 투명한 용기본체(1)와 함께 외부에서 투시가능하게 된다.
수용자는 이와 같은 투명한 용기본체(1)의 저부 및 흡습제 포장대(4)에 형성된 투시창(5)(5')을 통하여 청색 실리카겔(2)의 색상 변화상태를 육안으로 확인할 수 있게 된다.
따라서 수요자는 이와 같은 색상의 변화정도에 따라 용기본체(1)내의 수분제거상태 및 조미김(7)의 건조상태 내지는 유통기간의 정도를 극히 용이하게 육안으로 판단할 수 있다.
즉, 상기한 본 고안은 청색 실리카겔(2)의 색상변화를 투명한 용기본체(1) 및 투시창(5)(5')을 통하여 수요자가 직접 감지함으로써 조미김(7)의 품질상태를 파악하게 되며 이에 따라 불량품으로 인한 수용자의 본의 아닌 피해를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 투명한 용기본체(1)내에 흡습제 포장대(4)를 내장한 공지의 것에 있어서 흡수제 포장대(4) 상, 하면으로는 공히 투시창(5)(5')을 형성하고 그 내측에는 청색 및 백색 실리카겔(2)(3)을 동시에 수용하여서 된 조미김 포장용기의 제습확인 구조.
