Abstract

본 발명의 목적은, 노내의 분위기가스를 엄밀히 콘트롤하는 롤러노상로에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 구성은, 노의 예열대, 소성대 및 냉자대에 걸쳐서 다수의 롤러를 노의 긴쪽방향으로 배열하고, 그들의 롤러에 의해 피소성품을 노내에서 반송하고, 그 사이에 피소성품을 순서대로 예열대에서 예열하고, 소성대에서 소성하며, 냉각대에서 냉각하는 롤러노상로에 있어서, 노의 예열대, 소성대 및 냉각대에 N2가스, 공기 또는 N2가스와 다른 가스와의 혼합가스를 공급하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러노상로이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 노의 예열대, 소성대 및 냉각대에 걸쳐서 다수의 롤러를 노의 긴쪽방향로 배열하고, 그들의 롤러에 의해 피소성품을 노내에서 반송하고, 그 사이에 피소성품을 순서대로 예열대에서 예열하고, 소성대에서 소성하며, 냉각대에서 냉각하는 롤러노상로에 있어서, 노내의 분위기 가스가 노외로 누설하는 것을 방지하는 분위기 가스용 누설방지수단을 설치함과 동시에, N2가스, 공기 또는 N2가스와 다른 가스와의 혼합가스를 공급함으로써, 노의 예열대, 소성대 및 냉각대에 있어서의 산소농도를 제어하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러노상로.
