Abstract

본 발명은 탈색된 데님 직물을 pH3.5내지 5의 0.5% 내지 5% owg과산화수소 및 포스폰산 킬레이트제의 수용액과 접촉시켜 “퇴색된”데님 직물로부터 갈색의 이산화망간 염색을제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 데님 직물을 디사이징하고, 디사이징한 직물을 세척하며, 세척한 직물을 과망간산 칼륨과 접촉시켜 데님 직물의 색체부를 직물 표면에서 쉽게 제거되는 형태로 산화시킴으로써, 데님 직물을 부분적으로 탈색시키는 단계로 데님 직물을 습윤 가공하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 탈색된 데님 직물을 pH 3.5 내지 5의 0.5% 내지 5%owg 과산화수소, 1% 내지 3%owg의 C2내지 C3지방족 카복실산 및 1% 내지 2%owg의 포스폰산 킬레이트제를 필수성분으로 하는 수용액과 접촉시킴으로써 탈색된 데님 직물상에 침착된 이산화망간을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 디에틸렌트리아민펜타-(메틸렌포스폰산)인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 1-하이드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, pH가 4인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 카복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 카복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 카복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 카복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 60℃ 내지 65℃인 방법.
