Abstract

본 발명은 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질을 생산하는 담배등의 식물세포 또는 식물체에 관한 것이며 또한 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질 유전자를 식물체에 도입함으로써 그를 제조하는 방법 및 이러한 식물세포 또는 식물체를 이용하여 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

사람 인터루킨-6 단백질을 생산하는 식물 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 사람 인터루킨-6 유전자의 고등식물 형질전환용 유전자 운반체에의 삽입 과정이며,
제2도는 사람의 인터루킨-6 유전자가 유전자운반체에 삽입되어 있음을 보여주는 자외선조사로 촬영한 사진이며,
제3도는 형질 전환체 담배의 노던 분석결과의 사진이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질을 생산하는 식물 세포 또는 식물체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질을 생산하는 담배 세포 또는 담배 식물체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 담배 세포 니코티나 타바쿰 W38(기탁번호 KCTC 0046BP).
  4. 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질 유전자를 식물체에 도입함으로써 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항의 식물세포 또는 식물체를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서. 근두 암종균(Agrobacterium tumefacines)를 이용하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 플라스미드 pBSK-1/IL-6(기탁번호 : KCTC 8571P)를 이용하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항의 식물 세포 또는 식물체를 배양하여 사람 인터루킨-6 단백질을 제조하는 방법.
