Abstract

본 발명은 조립식 벽판넬구조물에 관한 것으로, 대체로 균등한 중공의 4각단면의 창살과 문설주의 지지보강재 및 레일을 갖추고, 판넬의 각 수직가장자리에는 2개의 문설주가 이격되게 배치되면서, 각 판넬에는 2개의 이격된 하부레일 뿐만 아니라 상부레일과 이 상부레일로 부터 가장 아래의 하부레일까지 수직으로 뻗은 2개의 이격된 창살을 갖추고 있다.

제1도는 부분적으로 분해되어 조립준비가 완료된 판넬벽구조물의 뼈대 또는 골격의 사시도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 구조물의 뼈대 또는 골격보다 다수의 레일을 갖춤과 더불어 전방측면이 노출되면서 외판이 제거된 상태의 또다른 유사한 판넬벽 구조물의 뼈대 또는 골격의 정면도, 제3도는 수평으로 연장되는 시이트형상부재로 충분히 감싸여진 노출면이 구비된 판넬벽구조물의 축소사시도, 제4도는 수직으로 부분절개되어 시트형상부재가 수평으로 연장되어 이루어진 외판부재를 갖춘 제2도에 도시된 구조물의 측면도, 제5도는 제1도에서 외판과 상부레일이 제거된 뼈대 또는 골격구조물의 평면도, 제6도는 웨지를 매개로 고정되면서 비행기날개형상의 연결구에 의해 상호 체결된 인접한 문설주들로 이루어진 2개의 뼈대 또는 골격부위의 부분확대사시도, 제7도는 제1,2판넬은 상대적으로 짧은 연결구에 의해 상호 체결되고 제2,3판넬은 강성을 향상시키기 위해 상대적으로 긴 연결구에 의해 상호 체결되어 인접하게 건조된 3개의 판넬벽구조물의 축소정면도, 제8도는 3개의 인접한 판넬이 강성을 형성시키기 위해 상대적으로 긴 3개의 상 ·하부 연결 구에 의해 상호 체결된 또다른 판넬벽 구조물의 축소정면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 각각 장축과 단축을 구비한 문설주의 지지보강재와 레일 및 대체로 균등한 중공 4각단면을 갖는 창살과, 단면상의 단축이 편평한 내측표면으로 부터 편평한 외측표면까지 연장되도록 배열되면서 서로 이격된 1쌍의 제1문설주와 제2문설주, 편평한 내측표면으로 부터 편평한 외측표면까지 연장된 단면장축을 갖춘 상부레일과 제1하부레일 및 이 제1하부레일로 부터 수직윗쪽으로 이격된 제2하부레일 및, 외측창살로 부터 이격된 내측창살을 갖추되, 이 내측창살이 내측표면으로 부터 외측방향으로 연장된 단면단축을 갖춤과 더불어 상기 외측창살이 외측표면으로 부터 내측으로 연장된 단면단축을 갖추면서 상기 내 ·외측창살이 상부레일로 부터 상기 제2하부레일까지 연장되며, 판넬의 폭을 가로질러 문설주에서 문설주까지 상부레일과 제2하부레일 사이에 수직으로 뻗어 내 ·외부측창살과 상기 문설주의 지지뼈대 사이에 배치된 최소한 하나이상의 중간레일이 구비되며, 상기 문설주와 제1,2바닥레일에 의해 서비스 도관통로의 수평한 분기부가 형성되는 한편, 서로 이격된 각쌍의 문설주가 상기 분기부와 이어지는 다른 분기부를 형성하도록 배열되면서 서비스도관통로가 형성되게 벽판넬을 유사한 다른 판넬에 결합시키는 열결구용 베이스를 형성하도록 된 편평한 내 ·외측면을 구비한 조립식 벽판넬.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판넬이 인접한 벽판넬의 문설주에 하나 혹은 다수개의 연결구를 매개로 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판넬이 인접한 판넬의 창살과 연결시키는 1개 또는 1개 이상의 연결구를 매개로 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 판넬이 하나의 모서리부를 형성하는 L자형상으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 판넬이 2개의 모서리부를 형성하는 T자형상으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 판넬이 4개의 모서리부를 형성하는 X자형상으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 L자형의 2개의다리가 직각이 아닌 다른 소정각으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽판넬이 하나 또는 다수개의 각 연결구에 형성된 구멍에 웨지를 끼워 다른 인접한 벽판넬과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽구조물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판넬에 상하로 순차적으로 다수개의 시이트형상부재가 제거될 수 있게 부착되어 보강재나 골격의 외판을 형성하면서, 상부 시이트형상부재의 상부수평가장자리가 바로 아래의 하부시이트형상부재의 상부수평가장자리에 인접되도록 설치되고, 서비스라인이 상가 도관통로를 관통하여 상방으로 연장되어 시이트형상부재의 인접한 가장자리사이에서 중간레일에 인접되게 위치되어 상기 판넬의 한쪽면위에 있는 장치나 기구쪽으로 뻗어 연결될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식벽판넬.
  10. 제9항에 열거된 구조와, 상기 판넬의 외측으로 부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되면서 실질적으로 상기 시이트형상부재의 인접된 가장자리와 일직선상으로 배열된 상부표면을 갖춘 선반.
