Abstract

본 발명은 파라핀 스트림(10)을 수소화 분해용 반응기(48)로부터 수득한 중질 유출물(11)의 일부와 혼합시켜 오염물질의 침전을 유도시킨 후, 이를 수소화 분해장치(48)로부터 분리 및 제거시켜 저장 또는 처리 장소로 이동시킴으로써 안정한 폴리사이클릭방향족 2량체 오염물질을 정제공장 처리 스트림으로부터 분리 및 제거시키는 방법에 관한 것이며, 추가의 태양은 응집제를 도입시키고 혼합물의 온도를 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (24)

  1. (a) 탄화수소성 공급원료를 수소화분해장치에 주입하여 경질유출물 스트림 및 중질유출물 스트림을 생성시키고; (b) 중질유출물 스트림중 적어도 일부를 경질 파라핀성 스트림과 접촉시켜 폴리사이클릭 방향족 2량체 침전을 함유하는 혼합스트림을 생성시키고; (c) 수소화분해장치가 가동되는 동안에 안정한 폴리사이클릭 방향족 2량체를 함유하는 침전의 적어도 일부를 혼합스트림으로부터 분리 및 회수시킴을 특징으로 하여, 탄화수소성 공급원료로 부터 수소화분해장치 유출물중에 존재하는 안정한 폴리사이클릭방향족 2량체를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소성 공급원료가 진공개스오일인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소성 공급원료를 수소화분해용 반응기에 주입하기 전에 탈황촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분리단계가 여과를 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화분해용 반응기가 고정상반응기인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 경질파라핀성 스트림이 H2S제거장치로 부터 유도된 상부(overhead) 스트림인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 접촉반응이 2단계 수소화분해반응기의 제2단계로 부터 유도된 하부유출물 재순환 스트림중에서 일어나는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉반응단계전에 파라핀성 스트림을 약간 냉각시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리사이클릭 방향족 2량체가 디코로닐렌, 코로닐오발렌, 디오발릴렌 또는 이들의 혼합물을 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. (a) 탄화수소성 공급원료를 수소화분해용 반응기에 주입하여 경질유출물스트림 및 중질유출물 스트림을 생성시키고; (b) 중질유출물 스트림중 적어도 일부를 경질 파라핀성 스트림과 접촉시켜 폴리사이클릭 방향족 2량체 침전을 함유하는 혼합스트림을 생성시키고; (c) 혼합스트림에 응집체를 가하고; (d) 침전을 혼합스트림으로 부터 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 안정한 폴리사이클릭 방향족 2량체를 제거하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 응집제가 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 디카복실레이트-말단의 폴리스티렌 및 폴리비닐 아세테이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 응집제를 먼저 많은 량의 경질 파라핀성 스트림과 혼합시켜 중질유출물 스트림중에 용해시키는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 응집제를 중질유출물 스트림과 접촉시키기 전에 경질파라핀성 스트림과 혼합시키는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 응집제를, 침전을 혼합스트림으로 부터 분리시키기 전에 혼합스트림에 가하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 분리단계가 여과를 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 분리단계가 원심분리를 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 분리단계가 혼합스트림을 침전(setting)시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 침전을 주어진 표면상에 침착시켜 폴리사이클릭 방향족 2량체를 축적시키고, 수소화 분해장치가 가동되는 동안 침전물을 정기적으로 제거시킴으로써 분리시키는 방법.
  19. 제10항에 있어서, 응집제를 혼합스트림중에 존재하는 예정량의 PAD에 관하여 100 : 1 내지 20 : 1의 비율로 가하는 방법.
  20. 제10항에 있어서, 탄화수소성 공급원료 유출물 스트림이 진공개스오일인 방법.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 경질파라핀성 스트림이 분별화장치로 부터 수득한 처리축합물인 방법.
  22. 제10항에 있어서, 경질파라핀성 스트림을, 중질유출물 스트림에 혼합시키기전에 냉각시키는 방법.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 및 분리단계를 통과한 중질유출물 스트림이 2단계 수소화분해장치의 제2단계로 부터 얻은 전체하부유출물 스트림중 일부인 방법.
  24. 제10항에 있어서, 중질유출물 스트림이 코크스화장치 개스오일, 중질순환오일 및 중간순환오일로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
