Abstract

취입 성형가능한 코폴리에테르이미드 에스테르 조성물이 제공된다. 코폴리에테르아미드 에스테르 조성물은 각각의 양의 코폴리에테르이미드 에스테르 수지 및 지방족 폴리카복실산을 함유한다. 다작용성 에폭사이드의 양은 조성물에 혼입되어 용융 점도를 더욱 증가시킨다. 조성물은 조성물의 취입 성형성을 위한 적당한 용융 강도를 나타낸다.

Claims (13)

  1. (a) 폴리에테르이미드 에스테르 수지, 및 (b) 용융 점도를 증가시키는 양의 지방족 폴리카복실산의 알칼리 금속 염을 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리카복실산의 염이 300 내지 1500의 분자량을 가지는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리카복실산이 이합체산으로부터 유도되는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리카복실산의 염이 나트륨으로부터 유도되는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르이미드 에스테르 수지가 디올, 디카복실산 및 고분자량의 폴리옥시알킬렌 디이미드 이산으로부터 유도되는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르이미드 에스테르가 디올, 이카복실산, 고분2자량의 폴리(옥시알킬렌)디아민 및 트리카복실산으로 부터 유도되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 에폭시이드 분자당 2.0에폭시기 이상의 평균 에폭시 작용성을 가지는 다작용성 에폭사이드를 더 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에폭사이드가 오르토크레솔 노볼락 및 에피클로로히드린으로부터 유도되는 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에폭사이드가 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트인 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에폭사이드가 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 조성물.
  12. 상기식에서 n의 평균치는 0보다 크다.
