제1도는 실시예 3의 조성물로부터 얻어진 성형품의 단면을 투과형전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진으로서, 배율은 9000배이고, 에폭시기함유에틸렌공중합체의 입자구조를 나타낸다.
Claims (9)
- (A)폴화폴리에스테르수지 30-58중량부와, (B)(a)에틸렌단위가 50-99중량%, (b)불포화카르본산글리시딜에스테르단위 또는 불포화글리시딜에테르단위가 0.1-30중량%, (c)에틸렌계불포화에스테르화합물 단위가 0-49중량%로 이루어진 에폭시기함유에틸렌공중합체 42-70중량부로 이루어지며, (A)와 (B)와의 합계 100중량부에 대해서, (C)아미노기, 카르복실기, 카르본산무수물기, 수산기 및단위(식중 X 및 Y는 모두 산소원자 혹은 유황원자, 또는 한쪽이 산소원자 다른쪽이 유황원자인 것을 나타냄)중에서 선택되는 동일 또는 다른 관능기를 적어도 2개이상 포함하는 다관능성화합물 0.01-20중량부와, (D) 블록코폴리에테르에스테르엘라스토머 1-30중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(D)의 블록코폴리에테르에스테르엘라스토머가 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 블록공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물이 지방족디아민카르바메이트류인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물이 에틸렌단위 및 α,β-불포화카르본산 N,N-디알킬아미노알킬에스테르단위, 또는 에틸렌단위 및 α,β-불포화카르본산 N,N-디알킬아미노알킬에스테르단위, 또는 에틸렌 단위 및 α,β-불포화카르본산 N,N-디알킬아미노알킬아미드단위로 이루어진 에틸렌공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물이 에틸렌단위, α,β-불포화카르본산알킬에스테르단위 및 무수말레산단위로 이루어진 에틸렌공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물의단위를 보유하는 화합물의 복소환식화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물이 디카르본산인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물이 에틸렌단위 및 α,β-불포화카르본산단위로 이루어진 에틸렌공중합체 또는 이것에 불포화카르본산알킬에스테르단위를 첨가한 에틸렌공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 다관능성화합물이 카르복실기와 아미노기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성엘라스토머조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
