본 발명에서는 가황 반응중이나 또는 완제품 타이어의 보관중에 발생될 수 있는 니트로스아민의 생성을 완전히 제거하고자 가황촉진제로서 프라이머리아민 계통의 TBBS 와 촉진제와 티우람계통의 TBZTDS (tetrabenzylthiuramdisuifde benzothiazolesulfenamide)를 사용 타이어용 고무조성물에 사용하는 것이다.In the present invention, in order to completely eliminate the formation of nitrosamines that may occur during the vulcanization or storage of finished tires, the primary vulcanization accelerator is TBBS of primary amines, accelerators, and TBZTDS (tetrabenzylthiuramdisuifde benzothiazolesulfenamide) of thiuram system.
