Abstract

본 발명은 아닐린과 포름알데히드를 산촉매 존재하에 축합 반응시키고, 반응 종료 후 산촉매를 중화시키고, 생성된 폴리아민 혼합물을 증류시켜 디페닐메탄계 폴리아민을 제조하는 방법을 개시하고 있다. 이 방법의 주요 특징은 축합 반응 후 제1 전위 단계 후 반응 온도의 급격한 상승이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 아닐린과 포름알데히드를 산촉매 존재하에 축합 반응시키고, 반응 종료 후 산촉매를 중화시키고, 생성된 폴리아민 혼합물을 증류시켜 디페닐메탄계 폴리아민을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, a) 아닐린과 포롬알데히드볼 10 내지 150℃의 온도에서 1.5 : 1 내지 10 : 1 의 몰비로 반응시키고, b) 이어서, 산촉매를 10 내지 150℃의 온도에서 2 : 1 내지 100 : 1 의 아닐린 대 산촉매의 몰비(1 내지 50%의 프로톤 첨가율에 해당함)로 반응 혼합물에 첨가하고, 여기서 축합 반응 중에 형성된 물은 단계 b)전 또는 후에 제거하며, c) 단계 b) 로 부터 얻은 혼합물의 온도를 15분 내에 40℃ 이상 상승시키며, 이어서 필요한 경우 혼합물을 최종 온도가 105 내지 200℃가 될 때까지 계속 가열하되, 단 반응 시간은 온도 상승 개시 후 10 내지 300분으로 하고, d) 단계 c)로부터 얻은 혼합물은 산촉매의 증화 후 증류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a) 후 또는 단계 b) 동안, 아닐린 대 포롬알데히드의 몰비가 1.5 : 1 내지 5.0 : 1 이 되게 추가로 포름알데히드를 첨가하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 먼저 b) 아닐린과 산촉매를 2 : 1 내지 100 : 1 의 몰비(1 내지 50%의 프로톤 첨가율에 해당함)로 반응시키고, 이어서 a) 단계 b)로 부터 얻은 혼합물에 아닐린 대 포름알데히드의 몰비가 1.5 : 1 내지 10 : 1이 되게 포롬알데히드를 첨가시키고 이때 온도는 10 내지 150℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 온도가 50 내지 120℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 아닐린 대 포름알데히드의 몰비가 1,5 : 1 내지 4.0 : 1인 것이 특징인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b) 에서 염산이 촉매로 사용되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b) 에서 아닐린 대 산촉매의 몰비가 2 : 1 내지 20 : 1(5 내지 50%의 프로톤 첨가율에 해당함)인 것이 특징인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c) 전의 온도가 35 내지 60℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c) 전의 온도가 150 내지 180℃인 방법.
  10. 폴리이소시아네이트로 부터 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조함에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 포스겐화 생성물인 것이 특징인 방법.
