Abstract

본 발명은 성형품의 내후성을 증가시키기 위한 보조 물질로서 에폭시드기를 함유하고 30 내지 150℃에서 알킬화제 존재하에 열처리되는 유기 화합물의 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기 성형품은 반응 사출 성형 방법에 의하여 제조되고 방법은 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생산물 기재의 반응 혼합물의 반응으로 이루어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. a) 폴리이소시아네이트 및 b) 다관능성 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분의 반응 혼합물을 모울드 내에서 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 반응 사출 성형 기술에 의한 플라스틱 성형품의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물이 에폭시드기를 함유하고 알킬화제의 존재하에 30 내지 150℃에서 열처리되는 1종 이상의 유기 화합물로 이루어진 보조 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 성형품의 밀도가 0.8 내지 1.4g/㎤인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 성형품의 우레아기를 함유한 폴리우레탄으로 부터 제조되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시드기를 함유하고 알킬화제 존재하에 열처리되는 상기 유기 화합물이 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분과 혼합되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 에폭시드기를 함유하고 알킬화제 존재하에 열처리되는 상기 유기 화합물의 상기 혼합물이 (i) 적어도 일부의 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 및 (ii) 에폭시드기를 함유한 일종이상의 상기 유기 화합물의 혼합물을 알킬화제의 존재하에 50 내지 150℃의 온도에서 열처리함으로써 반응계 내에서 제조되는 방법.
