Claims (3)
- 비교전압을 기준전압과 비교하는 비교기(10)와 이 비교기(10)의 출력 신호에 따라 여기광을 발생하는 광원(21)과, 이 광원(21)에서 발생되는 여기광에 의해 여기되어 형광을 발생하는 형광물질(22)과, 이 형광물질(22)에서 발생되는 형광을 전기적인 신호로 검출한 후 증폭하여 상기 비교기(10)에 비교전압으로 인가하는 광검지기(23)와, 상기 비교기(10)의 출력신호로부터 주파수를 측정하여 온도를 산출하는 주파수 측정 및 연산장치(27)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학을 이용한 온도 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광원(21)에서 발생되는 여기광이 이색성필터(24), 렌즈(25) 및 광섬유(26)를 통해 형광물질(22)에 입사되고, 상기 형광물질(22)에서 발생되는 형광이 상기 광섬유(26) 및 렌즈(25)를 통한후 상기 이색성필터(24)에서 반사되어 광검지기(23)에 입력되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학을 이용한 온도측정장치.
