Abstract
음극 전착페인트가 히드록실기-포함 단량체 및 수성에멀션 형태의 옥시란 고리-포함 단량체와 t-부틸(메트) 아크릴레이트의 아민-개질된 아크릴 공중합체를 삽입함으로써 유적-야기되는 크레이터에 거의 감수성을 나타낸지 않게 되었다.
아민-개질된 아크릴 공중합체는 절반 차단된 유기 디이소시아네이트와의 첨가 생성물일수 있다. 이 페인트는 유적-야기되는 크레이터가 본질적으로 없고 오버코팅에의 양호한 부착을 나타내고 양호한 표면평활도를 가지는 경화필름을 제공한다.

Claims (7)
- 일차적인 양이온성 필름-형성 수지의 수성분산물 및 수성에멀션의 형태로 보조적인 아민-개질된 아크릴 수지의 전체 조성물의 전수지 함량의 1내지 30중량%를 포함하는 음극 전착 페인트에서, 상기의 아민-개질된 아크릴수지가 단량체 성분이 적어도 (a) 적어도 50℃의 유리전이온도를 제공하는데 충분한 비율의 t-부틸아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, (b) 40보다 더큰 히드록실 수를 제공하는데 충분한 비율의 히드록실기-포함 단량체, 및 (c) 0.5내지 2.5mmol/g의 옥시란 고리함량을 제공하는데 충분한 비율의 옥시란 고리-포함 단량체를 포함하는 1,000내지 20,000의 평균분자량 수를 가지는 아크릴 공중합체와 아치아민의 반응 생성물인 음극 전착페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 아민-개질된 아크릴수지가 추가로 절반 차단된 유기 디이소시아네이트와 반응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 전착페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전수지함량의 밸런스가 아민-개질된 에폭시 수지 및 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극전착 페인트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지함량의 밸런스가 아민-개질된 에폭시수지 및 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극전착 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 t-부틸 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 비율이 상기의 단량체 성분의 50내지 80중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극전착 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 이차아민이 이차 알칸올아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 전착페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 공중합체의 상기 단량체 성분이 t-부틸 에스테르와 다른 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴로-또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 아크릴-또는 메타크릴아미드, 스티렌, 비닐톨루엔, α-메틸스티렌 또는 비닐 아세테이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 전착 페인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
