Abstract

본 발명은 내열성을 유지하며 보틀성형생산성을 향상시키도록 하는 폴리에스더와, 이를 사용하여 성형된 성형용 프리폼과 이 프로폼을 이용하여 블로우 성형되는 내열보틀에 관한 것으로, 이소프탈산 성분(A)과 디에틸렌글리콜 성분(B)이 다음의 조건을 만족토록 랜덤공증합 되고, 0.5몰%≤A≤3.0몰% 0.7몰%≤B≤3.0몰% 2.0몰%≤A+B≤5.0몰% 촉매로 사용한 안티몬 화합물이 Sb 원자로 하여 폴리에스터에 대해 250∼400ppm범위로 존재하고, 페놀/데트라클로로에탄(3/2중량비)혼합물을 용매로 하여 25℃에서 측정한 극한 점도[n]가 0.70∼0.90dl/g의 범위에 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전 산성분의 적어도 97몰%가 테레프탈산이고, 전 글리콜성분의 적어도 97몰%가 에틸렌글리콜로 구성된 폴리에스터에 있어서, (1) 이소프탈산 성분(A)과 디에틸렌글리콜 성분(B)이 다음의 관계식을 만족하는 양으로 랜덤 공중합되어 있고, 0.5몰%≤A≤3.0몰% 0.7몰%≤B≤3.0몰% 2.0몰%≤A+B≤5.0몰% (2)촉매로 사용한 안티몬 화합물이 Sb원자로 하여 폴리에스터에 대하여 250∼400ppm범위로 존재하며, (3)페놀/데트라클로로에탄(3/2중량비) 혼합물을 용매로 하여 25℃에서 측정한 극한점도[n]가 0.70∼0.90dl/g의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터.
  2. 제1항의 폴리에스터를 이용하여 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 내열보틀 성형용 프리폼.
  3. 제2항의 내열보틀 성형용 프리폼을 이용하여 블로우 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 내열보틀.
